Located midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood is both laidback and vibrant, touting quiet residential neighborhoods and calming natural beauty as well as an active nightlife and lively arts scene. Best known for its pristine stretch of beaches, Hollywood is home to a 2.5-mile paved boardwalk along the Atlantic Ocean known as the “Broadwalk,” where eclectic shops, diverse cuisine, live music, bars, and year-round outdoor activities abound.
Historic Downtown Hollywood lies farther inland from the beach, serving as the spirited cultural arts district with numerous art galleries, installations, and murals, in addition to the one-of-a-kind ArtsPark at Young Circle. Downtown Hollywood also contains a bevy of restaurants, shops, and bars along brick-lined walkways.

Property Ratings at Harold Square
Xiomara has been the most helpful property manager i have ever came across. She cares so much and will really make such a stressful process so smooth. The complex is really clean and they are continuing to update for the better. Definitely recommend this place.
6months here and honestly I’m glad I pick these apartments. Very clean , apartment is well put together. How the pictures look on website is the same but much better in person. They remodeled a lot and I love it. Great location, many convenient places around area. The only thing I can say need to be improved is maintenance guy but other than that great place to live. ( This is my first apartment BTW )
Terrible, don't know how to speak to people. Owners suck, terrible, horrible place to live and work.
We have been living in out apartment for six years. The place is not bad for the cost of rent but it is old and really needs a lot of care. The management has been trying to update the place but as soon something gets repaired, another issue comes up. The reason we stayed is the convenience of location.
Very nice and spacious apartments. Everything is very clean and nice. Only thing that sucks if that the laundry mat is only open till 9.
Harold Square Apartment is a nice place to live. The rent is fair and the location is great. It is close to the I-95, Turnpike and 441. Nearby are numerous banks and popular franchises. Right in front of it is a park. The only reason that this is apartment didn't get a 5 star rating are because: 1. Although they try to bug proof each unit once a month, there are still a few roaches in the kitchen 2. They don't give keys to the pool for each tenet. You have to go to the office during office times 3. The office isn't open for long hours (9am-5pm), so if you need them but are not available between those hours or have a mailed package you might have to go to them during the weekend 4. There isn't an on-site gym or club house 5. There are only a few guest parkings.
Need to change the maintenance staff ASAP 0/10 never on time or never show up for maintenance.
The location is ideal. It is close to most stores and in between two major highways. The Elementary school is also very Good. The apartments are okay the appliances need to be updated. The windows need to be changed because the air escapes. They also need to replace the roof because the saying when it rains it pours is in the literal. The laundry facility on site has 3 operational dryers and about the same machines. Maintenance service is absolutely the worse you will come across. I think the rent should be cheaper if it was based solely on the apartment but just think of it as you are paying for the ideal location.
I never got a response to the availability of what is available or the cost, but it is located in the perfect location and close to stores & busline and much more. I would like to reside there if anything is available.
