Property Ratings at Harper Square Apartments
The manger is so nice and helped me throughly. I was having a hard time with my agency but she had me come in and sat with me and helped me understand and went through everything. She even sent everything to the agency. She has patience and understanding. Can’t wait to move in

I love it here. Manager is nice and about her business. Milton gets things done
I have been very happy with Harper Square. Manager is understanding and maintenance handles problems in a timely fashion
I've lived here for over 6 months. I have NEVER had any problems with anyone or anything. The management is great especially if something needs to be fixed. They are usually down here within a few minutes. The places are spacious and the ground are kept clean. I have never felt unsafe coming home late at night. There isn't hardly any noise or ruckus. The heating and cooling bills are good compared to most places. All depends on how high or low you run your air or heat. I would recommend taking a look for yourself. It's worth the trip. I couldn't feel better about my choice. Love my home.
People sold drugs here. My apt had black mold and electrical problems. I was never happier then when I moved out of this place. Heating and cooling costs are high, because outside facing walls have no insulation, at all. I lived here when new windows were installed and you could see the wall had no insulation in it. The apartments were spacious and the carport was nice, but not nice enough to put up with all the problems this complex has. My car was stolen while I lived here, not once but twice, in a 4 year period. Renter beware.
I have loved here for little over a year. The complex is nice and quiet and dog friendly. The maintenance personal leave a bad taste in your mouth. The doors used to be key enter but are no longer. Don't make a compliant because it will not be token seriously. They don't keep up on the maintenance of the washer machines and the leave your clothes smelling bad. Thanks for reading.
