Property Ratings at Harris Gardens
Things have definitely improved since the last review... The management team takes complaints very seriously and several apartments have bern remodeled. The communal laundry room needs to be worked on some more though. The dryers and washers break down on a regular basis.
The office lady who is the assisant of Sarah, the head of the housing management there is extremely rude. She lies constantly and has an attitude about everything. She should be fired if she is going to be like that with the residents. This place is suppose to be welcoming but she makes it hard for those who need help. Harris Garden violates the lease by creating a new one during the current lease. They apply rules that they have no business for like whether a car needs insurance or not. It's not their business. They are extremely unprofessional and someone need to take care of it who's above them. I had to move out as soon as I could. They can't handle things right and don't care about their residents but themselves.
Don't move here your treated like garbage. The management treats the people in here as if you just got out of jail everyone calls the manger the Warden! You can't go out or even let your child go and play people getting stabbed and having men look in other people's windows and Stokes the children here and what they say about this place is all lies. If you want to live here good luck. And if you ever need anything fixed don't count on it. Plus there's mold and mildew in the walls and you might get a chance to get a shower in two weeks when the hot water heater kicks in
The management in this place is horrible they have all these rules but don't do anything when you send in a complaint. They sit there and tell you to write more reports about what is happening and then you don't hear anything about it nothing changes they say it has to go to corporate. This place is horrible because maintenance puts to much stuff off till it gets bad. When something happens with the apartment they report it to management then they put it off. The people above us are horrible management says to much noise is against the rules ,destruction of property is against the rules, letting your kids under the age of 13 is against the rules. Now with all this said the people above us do that yet we have reported it heck management caught one in the trash yet nothing has been done about it. so if i have to rate this place i would say very very low they don't do there jobs.
