Property Ratings at Harrisburg Square Apartments
I'm living here and it's been a great place for me and I've had a very good stay, everyone is very kind and attentive, thank you Farid.
Appliances are not from the most recent 10-15 years, a bit of a problem with parking depending where your apartment is, smelly hallways, maintenance is a tier below adequate, you can hear when neighbors close their doors, and other average nuances. Personal Good Experience: Office workers are friendly and willing to hear you out. Location is convenient. Personal bad experience: Office workers cannot do much to help. You know Management is not near acceptable when they allow tenants to end apartment’s lease, but continue to rent a garage (garage rent is cheaper than a garage at storage lots). It baffles me how they’ve allowed this to happen. Allegedly they stopped this practice, but since my move-in in May 2017 they have not been able to provide me a garage closer to my apartment. A tenant renting 2 garages left and kept the garages even after leaving, this tenant out Aug/Sep 2017. Summary: Price is too high for what you get. I’ll be happy to follow up with this review should the quality of Harrisburg change.
I've been here 3 years, and its steadily going downhill. I've witnessed managers/workers come and go like a blur in time. The apartment itself is ok. But since these buildings are so old, water lines, foundations and air conditioners are rapidly deteriorating. Trying to get something fixed is like pulling teeth. I know no one wants to fix this old stuff because it will be a pain to fix, but at least try. Looking for another place soon.
They have very very poor service. They Do Not! Respond to the request on time , even if it's an emergency!! They have very poor maintenance service, Bad customer service. I was in the middle of somewhere where I needed a place to relocate which is why I got here, but I can't wait to my lease end, this place is terrible!!!!! And will not recommend this place.
Rent is too high for the quality of apartment. Would not recommend.
VERY poor service, no accommodations, and I'm always having to seek out the status of maintenance or inquires. The quality is not worth the money. NOT recommended!
This apartment is alright. I think the rent is a little high for what you get. The staff in the office is nice but getting anything done maintenance wise always seems to be a hassle.
I have been living at Harrisburg for about a year now. I absolutely love the apartment and the apartment manager Tai. She helped me to transfer into a wonderful apartment when she realized I was unhappy in my first apartment. The manager before her put me in the wrong apartment and I was very upset. But once Tai took over she made it her priority to get me into an apartment that was more what I wanted. The staff is absolutely amazing and they really listen and make sure that you are happy in your own home.
I love this apartment complex. The staff is great and the complex is nice and quiet.
After dealing with 8 months of having no extra money because of my rent. I found harrisburg and I could not be happier. The apartments are very nice and at a reasonable price. They are clean and maintenanced on a regular basis. Harrisburg always has some kind of special on apartments as well. The office personnel are always welcoming. This area is great, anything you want to do, shopping, water parks, regular parks,food... all in this area in a 5-10 mile radius. Harrisburg is by far the best apartments ive lived in hands down.
Love this place been here going on 12 years. Very friendly staff safe and secure.
I have lived here for almost a year and I can say that without a doubt I have seen a huge improvement in the last few months. I was really excited to see Tai come back. She has turned this apartment complex around in just a short amount of time.
We recently moved into Harrisburg. The staff has been very helpful in making sure this was a good fit for us. They went out of their way to make sure we had some needs met, expressing hospitality through out the process. The apartment is a well lit space due to the lay out of the apartments. It extends from the front of the building to the back. The rooms are spacious, allowing room for quite a bit of furniture. Our one complaint is most likely related to the fact that the complex has been here for a long time, resulting in signs of aging in the apartments, such as stains on the linoleum and minor cracks in some drywall. The locked entries are a huge plus, though. There is a couple of pools, too. They're small, with only one open to use. But it keeps one cool in this heat, and is rarely crowded. I do believe they could use to keep it a little cleaner, otherwise it's great to have around. The clubhouse is nice, and can be rented out to residents and their guests. It can accommodate quite a few people. Parking is always available, and the grounds are well kept. The environment in the complex is quite with polite neighbors. All and all, I would recommend this place to my friend's and family.
Great place to live and pretty up to date. Quiet neighborhood and nice having a pool and fitness center on grounds.
I recently renewed my lease but they make it hard for you to move. They require a 60 notice. It's hard to find a place unless you want to pay rent on two places. The unit is quiet but for what I am paying they need to have upgraded amenities.
Do not rent from this apartment complex. I have lived here now for three months, every time something is broke it takes weeks for anyone to come look at the issue. Since the week I have moved in I have had significant water leakage from my furnace and three months later I still have wet carpet and mold in my closet around the trim.
The staff at Harrisburg Apartments are really great people. They are very friendly and willing to help. My only complaint is that for the price, I think there should be washer and dryers in the actual apartments. I mean there are 2 for use in each building but they are not coin operated. The noise seems to be pretty minimal. I am happy with my choice as of today. Tomorrow marks 1 month for me. I hope that my review stays as positive as it is right now.
