Property Ratings at Harrison Place Apartments
This was my first apartment and everyone was really helpful.
I would highly recommend living if Harrison Pl., Apartment, management and maintenance is on point very good communicators and reliable professional overall100% satisfaction
I enjoyed our conversations I had with your employee and plus I think is a safe place to live
This place is very clean and organized and maintenance fixed my request within 24 hours.
The complex is very clean and I believe this reflects your core values and appreciation and respect for the tenants and your employees.
I would recommend it because it is a very nice and clean place
Maintenance crews are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I love the peacefulness of the community.
The duplex-style homes are nice for individuals or families that want a home with the comforts of apartment amenities.
Maintenance is so very important to a community. Just like you have to maintain your house. Each apartment is our home
I would recommend it because it is a great place to live and the people are friendly and professional and care about each resident.
Great people in the community.
I would recommend to my friend's. Chris was awesome!!
I have lived here for 10+ years. The complex has really deteriorated. Specifically, with trash all around the property grounds, garbage dumpster and appearance.
Really never had any problems. Everything are always handle in a timely matter, Great and best place to live, thanks.
Management and the maintenance staff are very efficient and now that they are fully staff responses are done in a timely manner. I am very thankful for all of their assistance. They are always pleasant and accommodating.
yes
I love the location, everyone has been very friendly and most of all I feel safe and secure.
I would recommend Harrison Place Apartments. They were quick and efficient to get all maintenance issues addressed and resolved. The office staff has always been pleasant.
It’s a safe environment and fairly close to most things.
I would recommend this type environment to a friend or most people that is looking for a great place
The area and the apartment is great, the price is high and gets higher every year.
I love the location of the complex and the available amenities, but the management could be a lot better.
The friendliness of the leasing office staff, the well kept grounds. I was very impressed
Professional Staff, fast service in determining the cause of the issue. Made facilities available, bathroom and showers. Quickly responded to City and Community, kept us informed each step of the repair. Quite area, plenty of parking, close to shopping and work. Well maintained grounds. Only 1 trash dumpster for 312 units causes overflow.
Constantly raising rent... And the place is a dumpster

Hello Reviewer, Thank you for providing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear of your negative experience. Please feel free to reach out to HarrisonPlace@Steadfastliving.com as we would love to discuss these issues further.
The office staff is friendly and approachable. The 2 bedroom is roomy and does not have an apartment feel to it.
I have no reason NOT to recommend. For me though, my decision will be based on affordability. Otherwise, the apartments seemed nice.
I would for people that are very private and I don't have any complaints besides sometime it can be hard to find a parking spot other tan that no complaints
I like the apartments, just think some quicker responses to maintenance would make the complex better.
I am pleased with all except the carpeting in the living room which is worn and looks stained. They attempted to clean it and improved the look but not to the level I expected.
The staff is very friendly and take the time to care about keeping the area clean.
They were beautiful and just the scenery gave me an at ease feel.
This is a safe place to live. Very clean, quite and well maintained. The manager is always doing extras to make it even better than when we first moved here.
This is a good place for older people/quiet all around/safety has been good in the area I live in.

Thank you for your kind words. We are glad to have you as a renter.
Wonderful quiet area close to many stores, but not on a busy highway.
It’s in a good area. The only downfall is parking. I feel that residents should have reserved parking and guests should park elsewhere.
Great place to live and I still live here. Not sure why I am receiving this email. The manager Al is the hardest working manager I have ever experienced at any complex. He goes out of his way to ensure residents are happy and taken care of. This guy deserves a raise!!
Where do I even begin with this place. From the start of moving in (October 2018) to now (July 2019) we have had tons of issues with maintenance and the office. When we moved in there was only one maintenance guy so none of the items we found wrong in the apartment prior to moving in were fixed. About two months after moving in, my boyfriend was walking to the mailbox around 7pm to have some lunatics drive past him and fire their gun out the passenger window into the air before driving out of the apartment complex. In February 2019, there was a hot day where it made us have to turn on our AC. Come to find out our AC didn't work. Contacted the office just for them to tell us it had to be over 75 degrees outside for the AC to even work. We waited until April 2019 to try the AC again (with it being over 75 degrees outside) and it once again did not work. Maintenance came and recharged AC which only lasted a couple of days and then we were once again sitting in a hot apartment. Here it is July 2019 and the AC is still not working. Its 80 degrees in our apartment with it only reaching 90 degrees outside. We have our AC set to 71 degrees which we were told by a professional HVAC place that the AC should easily reach that within 20 degrees from outside temp. We have contacted the office and have kept paperwork of us putting request in for fixtures over 10 times now. I am pregnant and I am home all day with a toddler. Whatever you do, don't live here. The compactor doesn't work and they just have dumpsters sitting out stinking all day in the heat. People will blare their cars music at midnight to where we have had to call the police. The parking is awful here so good luck finding a spot after about 6pm. Things inside the apartment keep breaking nonstop. We have had a nonstop list of things. They wont even fix anything unless you walk into the office and demand them to fix stuff in front of other future residents. The office would rather spend their money renovating the office and the pool over paying to fix everyone's AC units. This has been the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in.

I would recommend this apartment complex but not for a long term stay.
I would recommend Harrison Place because the staff is friendly and the grounds are beautiful.
Hope this doesn't jinx it, but I've lived here Almost a year and haven't had any bad experiences really. I had to request help from maintenance for my heater this last winter and that was fixed rather quickly too.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that the maintenance people were prompt, that is it. They stuck a notice in my door about “excessive amounts of dog waste around the outside of my apt” and that I needed to clean up after my dog...only I did not have a dog or any pets at any time I lived there. Then, the manager, Hailey, allowed someone to enter my apartment (and other apts.)while I was at work, without notifying any of the tenants in advance, in a non-emergency situation. When she was confronted about this, she bold-faced lied about it and said she had personally notified everyone, in advance, which was not at all true. Nobody had been notified. Don’t plan on getting your deposit back, either. They will make up reasons just to keep it. I couldn’t get out of that place fast enough.

Thank you for your time and feedback. We are delighted to hear that your loved one is happy in their new home! Thank you for your review!
We love the apartment itself and office staff have been friendly and helpful. Parking is extremely difficult in the complex. We had to pay an additional fee to get a carport to ensure that both our vehicles would have a spot to park in daily. We have been disappointed with the maintenance requests that have been made. Both requests have been closed out but have not been taken care of or fixed. The screen door is broken, off the track, and does not lock. This is not an immediate need, but it is concerning that it was marked as "work completed" when it is in the same condition as it was when the request was made. Also, the windows in our bedroom are leaking. We were told that a contractor would be coming out to replace the windows in the complex. While I understand that this is a process that takes time, it is an inconvenience to have to lay a towel down every time it rains. Our bedroom also smells of mildew (I am assuming because of the window leaking).
