Property Ratings at Hartmann Plantation
Couldn't ask for a better place to call home. All the amenities are way above all the rest in town. The heated pool, dog washing station, fast internet for the times I work from home, bus stop and playgrounds for kids. Convenient to everything. The entire staff is so friendly and they even have a coffee bar and workout room.
The staff puts on a friendly show, but after you sign the lease, they could care less about you. Direct TV is the only service provider, and you HAVE to use their equipment, and you pay the office for each piece of equipment. The packages to choose from is much high than if you were to go through Direct TV, yourself, and you cannot do that, and the service freezes and buffers quite often. And again, they really don't care. I have been to the office once, to ask about something, and the lady at the front desk, was very rude, was unhelpful, and she try to tell me it wasn't their problem. Finally the manager helped, and kindly explained to me what I need to do... and it was their problem, thankfully, someone was not put out to actually help fix their problem. When we moved in, we had a couple of different accesses in and out of the complex, and now, they have taken upon themselves to close all accesses in or out except for two, with is on the opposite side of the complex, and with what seems like thousands of speed bumps (which with all the speed bumps, and having to enter elsewhere, it now takes me 5-8 minutes longer to get to my apartment) I really hope that no one needs emergency assistance, or emergency medical help, because it will take several extra minutes to find us, or get to our side of the complex.
My wife and I moved in a few months ago and have loved living here. Very nice townhomes for a reasonable price! The location is great being the first Lebanon exit from Nashville, and I'm so thankful that the complex is not too far off of the interstate. The staff at Hartmann Plantation are incredible and have quickly fixed the minor maintenance issues we've had. Also, the free airline tickets are incredible! Honestly, we do not love the city of Lebanon. We only chose it because I work in Nashville and my wife works in Cookeville. We will be moving to Nashville as soon as she completes her degree. But even though we do not like Lebanon as a whole, we love our home at Hartmann Plantation, and spend every weekend night (and a lot of weeknights) in Nashville.
We have Lived here for over 4 years and I have to say very happy. You are not just in a apartment complex you're home :) We have meet Great people & made many friends. Some we call family, Management included, they are there for you always. Love that we can swim all year round. Prices are reasonable and living is in the country yet close and convenient to everything. Feeling it ... Priceless
We have been residents at Hartmann Plantation since they opened. We wouldn't live anywhere else in Lebanon. Our townhouse, specifically, has granite countertops, a one car garage, beautiful tile in all the bathrooms and kitchen and hardwood in the living room. It's stunning. The employees are the best and always accommodate any request. Tammy, Rebecca, and David are a huge part of what makes Hartmann plantation the best!
My Apartment complex is convenient, efficient, friendly, well maintained and a helpful staff. Without these qualities I think most residents would not be happy and would look for another complex. The move out rate is low and there is always a waiting list for renting. I was offered a choice of 3 different types of Granite tops, 3 styles of cabinets to choose from and different floor plans if they were available, some apartments have an attached garage. The indoor/outdoor pool is enticing for my family to visit me. It is my home and I don't consider it apartment living. We have a workout room and a business office that is available for all residents. I would recommend my apartment complex to everyone. One quality that stands out to me is the safety and freedom. The Management team offers police officers the opportunity to lease with a small discount, and they place them in different areas of the complex. Sue Vanatta
I love my apt complex it's very much like a home, it's got a great pool, an amazing staff and very convenient to everything I am around including I40. I never knew apt life would be this good.
This is a wonderful place to live! I have a one bedroom that I just love. The apartments are very nicely laid out, with great features such as an electric fireplace in the living room, a large walk-in closet off the bedroom, a full recessed laundry room. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, and with the open layout, I can see 2/3 of my home while I'm doing the dishes. ? It's just what I need.
Hartmann Plantation is more than an apartment complex...from the managers to the maintenance man, everyone acts like a big family. I'm a single woman living alone and I'm perfectly secure here. The amenities are fabulous and the rent is more than fair. I can't say enough about this place....it's just home.
I love our apartment, it is a three bedroom two and half bath, townhome. The management staff is responsive to any and all issues that we have. They effect repairs quickly, and properly. The units are well appointed with top of the line appliances. The internet and TV packages are excellent. The big draw is the enclosed salt water pool which allows for my family to enjoy it's use year round.
These town homes are absolutely beautiful! Very spacious, perfectly maintained, quiet, great property management. Maintenance is very timely. I may never leave!
Do you want to have all of the luxuries of the city but live in a Country setting? Then Hartmann Plantation is for you!! We love our apartment for many reasons...the bedrooms are upstairs with the living area on the first floor so no one ever has to see that your beds not made or your dirty clothes, you have the option of having a garage attached or unattached which allows for some storage space and for not having to go outside in the cold winter to warm up the car, awesome, right? What makes it better is that we get to enjoy a up to date gym and an indoor pool!! Swimming on Christmas in the snow, what could be better? And all of this on a dead end street surrounded by trees and wildlife but the gas station is less than a mile away, grocery store is just over 2 miles, outlet mall is 2 miles and several restaurant choices less than 3 miles away. You get to enjoy the city or the quiet, whichever you prefer. Awesome apartment living!!
