Property Ratings at Harvard Court
I've not had working heat or air in over a year, Many work requests made and nothing ever gets fixed. Management will not answer the phone or emails The only reason this place has 4 stars is because they submit FAKE reviews Last year the city barred them from leasing out apt's until they fixed the place up but they still rented out apartments anyway
This is the nastiest craziest place i have ever lived. Mice and roaches you got it. Management been changing but nothing getting better. Look in do time but now i just want to move before my ceiling collapse. Shouldnt be this expense its not worth the money i pay a month.
roaches bed bugs mice!!! elevator don't work. if u tour ask to see building 4032 4035 4023 and go through all stairs. fire alams don't work right. fire doors hanging or stuck open or stuck closed. plubing always back up. cars always get break into. trash over flow. no lights in parking lot at night. call pd an they will tell you. call fd and they will tell you how dangerouse it it but it keep passing inspection. no fire extiwishers. halways flood in rain.dead cats. drive through at night and see fo you self. also the 5 stars are riten by management. aint real
It is excellent because the staff are wonderful the manager is amazing And it all started when the new company came along don't get me wrong The Old Company was amazing also the staff the maintenance and the people that came through to make Harvard Court look different in each and every way it has changed from top to bottom from in and out and still going if anyone is looking for somewhere to stay and love to eat out Harvard court is the best place to be because all those restaurants Walmart don't feel like being bothered with your kids Cool Chris is right up the street everything that you like to do or you want to do it's around that area this is a place with kind-hearted people people that you can call family.. I appreciate everything Harvard court has done 2020 started off as a good year I seen a lot of accomplishments
