Property Ratings at Harvest Glen
This apartment community has drastically changed for the better, I?ve been here 8 years and I?m pleased with the changes and the timely matter of my requests
Roaches when i moved in. I terminated myself. Utilities system is screwed up with no online pill pay. Have to pay for parking or park in the street a block a way. Be prepared for major fees when your lease up and moving out. Dont let our nightmare become yours.
Bath tub leaks, ants, roaches, air conditioner leaks inside apartment, unrealistic fees for first time late payments, parking inside of apartment grounds not promised at all let alone by your apartment. Can pay a fee for parking next to your apartment but you know parking and ease of living that's not standard here..repair orders go unfixed. apartment is aged and has plenty of issues . Management company is a bit of a running joke when you need something done. Oh and trust me they will say it's "changed" in my opinion not for the better. But hey at least it's not on a Main Street and grass gets watered ? ( tried to leave something nice too)
The lady's in the office are very nice , I been living her for 4 years and I have had not big problems I actually like it here. The only thing is that the rent is way to much compared to other places and the fact that the utilities is way too much as well and we are hardly home to be using the water the only thing I don't like is that we have to pay water sewer and trash like if we will be living in the house other than that this place is good but sadly I will have to leave it
While we don't have enough to afford a luxury apartment, our complex sure does try their best to make it feel like a welcoming community. With the exception of a few disruptive tenants, I wouldn't mind renewing our lease for another year. Just as long as we move into one of the bigger beautiful 2 bedrooms, as we are expecting!!!
Harvest Glen is decent place to live. Originally, I wasn't too sure if I was going to consider moving in because I seen a lot of negative reviews about the complex, staff and cockroaches. I don't do bugs. When speaking to the leasing agent, she informed me that it was under new ownership and that a lot of things had changed. I really like the layout of the apartment i'm in and to this day I have not seen one cockroach in my apartment. Thank Goodness. The staff although very friendly, could be a little more attentive. I would recommend Harvest Glen.
I recently moved into Harvest Glenn apartments. I have enjoyed my stay here so far. I like how the apartment is involving the tenants with activities for the family and children. I think that more apartment should have the tenants more family orientated weekend events.
I just moved here and so far I'm enjoying the apartment.
Since the new name change and new management have taken over the apartsment building has gotten worse. The mnanagers are never in the office and the urnaround time for fixing pwork orders is horrible. I have had tow ait upt to 4 weeks just to have my air conditioning serviced. They don't return calls and they are not accessible like the previous managers were. The new owners made a mistake by changing property managers.
