Excellent property including the management! 5 star amenities including the Tesla charging. Could not ask for a better environment! Everything you could need in the palm of your hands.

This is a great first home, I love it and my girlfriend loves it. I like the luxurious design in the home and makes me feel like I’m getting a great deal for the price. I’m glad to be the first in the home and no one has lived here before me, I just love the new smell of a new place like this.

I absolutely love my new apartment! So many things to brag about! The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond for you! The apartment it self is something to be so proud of and want to show off. But most importantly it’s so safe and secure. Especially if you have a family with little ones!

Hannah and Liz are the Best! They go out of their way to be helpful and are always kind and sweet! And definitely care about the community!

Apartments are amazing/spacious, comes in white or black marble countertops. Liz in the leasing office is very responsive and the most helpful!

It has been an absolute pleasure to be let into this community. The staff is amazing they took such good care of me and helped me through the entire process. The area is so peaceful I’m honored to be here.

As each month passes, we fall more in love with our new home and lifestyle that Harwood on Cave Creek has built for us! Looking forward to the year ahead, the neighbors to meet, the events planned and many hours of enjoyment in our oasis!!!

Everything has been great here. All the people I’ve met are super nice and friendly and the leasing agents are always there whenever I need anything. I love living here. This is my first apartment since moving out of my parent’s house and it’s been great.

First day I thought I was going to have the worst experience because I picked the wrong apartment on my application. The manager and leasing agent was so helpful and understanding I couldn’t believe how nice, supportive, and accommodating they were. They fixed the issue almost immediately and I was able to move into my beautiful apartment. I love it here!

Harwood has been a great experience just the whole aesthetic gives such a warming feeling and the girls in the leasing office are wonderful !

LLiz was absolutely amazing! She guided us through the entire process, from start to finish, and even helped us settle in. She patiently addressed all of our inquiries. Liz is truly fantastic!

Excellent property and management! Everything is brand new and the amenities are outstanding! This is a no brainer when it comes to choosing comfort and value.

The second me and my boyfriend walked into the office we knew this is the place we wanted to live. It immediately felt like home. The office ladies were right there to assist us as soon as we walked into the building. They both made it a great experience for us. When we moved in it was a smooth easy process for the both of us and ever since everyone has always greeted us with a smile and always willing to help with anything we need. We are first time renters and they walked us through the entire process and made a scary thing for two young adults who had never done this before.

Just moved here last week from out of state and everything has been great. The place is brand new and the leasing office has been super helpful - shout-out to Liz and Gladys - for getting me all situated and taken care of.

Harwood on Cave Creek recently hosted its 2nd Resident Event since I moved into this delightful community. The event was a western themed BBQ, and let me say this was not your typical "campfire grub". The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! An enormous THANK YOU to "Chef" Henry for all his dedication and culinary expertise. Even though they had all completed a long day of work, the entire Harwood staff was present to serve us residents with a smile (and a cocktail). The attention to detail with the decorations and the exceptional hospitality did not go unnoticed. Thank you again to Hannah, Liz, Gladis, Jason, Henry and America for being such wonderful hosts. ~Steve L., resident

Harwood is a perfect family place, everyone in the office is beyond nice everything you is here from an amazing gym to great pool EV parking !

Absolutely love the apartment. From the apartment it’s self to all the amenities, so excited to be living here. All the staff have been so welcoming and helpful, definitely recommend Harwood!

My favorite resident experiences were being able to go to the gym whenever I want and having a quiet relaxing pool to go to every morning. Also the people here are very nice and the workers are wonderful.

Harwood has a perfect aesthetic! A very calm environment, beautiful views and great layouts so much detail great amenities charging stations for EV is super convenient the gym is amazing!

Lots of move in issues including unfinished grout and edging, paint spatter all over floors, bug issues, and extremely dirty floors. Great management staff but honestly overpriced for location and what you get.

I absolutely love it here at Harwood on Cave Creek. The leasing staff, Hannah and Liz, consistently offer exceptional "customer" service. They are always courteous, positive and do not hesitate to rectify any resident issues or concerns. Sometimes "stuff" happens, and fortunately Harwood has Jason, our Maintenance Supervisor. The few minor issues I have experienced were immediately addressed and fixed by him. Jason is friendly, personable, and he really takes the time to get to know our residents. Thank you to Hannah, Liz and Jason for going out of your way to make me feel so welcome in my new home!

Five stars!! I love these alartments!!! If you are looking for a good place to move, I recommend these apartments… The apartments are very spacious and have a lot of technology, the attention in the office is very good and the concept of living inside as if you were living in a hotel gives you a lot of security, especially if you have small children.

Everything here has been so clean, nice, and beautiful! All the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I am loving living here so far and I’m glad I chose Harwood!

Hannah and Jason have been absolutely amazing at helping me with all my needs from accessing the building to getting me set up with WiFi. Jason was amazing at having the pool area all ready to go for me and my guests including the BBQ. Very happy and friendly environment.
