Thank you for recognizing our staff's professionalism and the smooth process. We appreciate your feedback!
The front office is non-existent. Stay away. This is certainly the most unresponsive property company I have ever dealt with.
I lived here for a year and it was a horrible experience. Do not come here. I’d give this zero stars if it was possible. These apartments seemed good at first, and then it went horrible so fast. When we first moved in I notice the carpet going into the kitchen was coming up and that the laundry room door wouldn’t open and close. We called maintenance about it several times and now almost a year later the door is still messed up and the carpet is almost all the way up. Our kitchen sink is coming unsealed and leaking all over our kitchen floor. We went to the pool a few times and it’s such a mess. The tennis courts are so overgrown with weeds you can’t use them. Though every apartment has a balcony most are too small to sit out on. The only time maintenance has ever fixed something here in a timely manner was when our downstairs neighbors were getting a leak from out bathtub. They came and cut a hole in our bedroom wall (5x6 inches big) then just left the hole for days. We called about it several times and they never fixed it so we went to lowes and fixed the hole ourselves. We moved here before there was new management and since the new management has come things have been worse.a few weeks ago my car got broken into here and we went to the office to see about getting camera footage because there is a huge sign that says there’s cameras and they said the sign was just to scare people off. This isn’t the fist time that people have gotten into cars here. People come and check if cars are unlocked then steal whatever they can, but my car was locked and someone actually broke into it. Our air conditioning started leaking today and luckily we had our mop bucket under it by chance but if not we would’ve had gallons of water all over our floor. The filter that was put on it was the wrong size and we couldn’t even get in touch with maintenance to come fix it. So again we’re having to go to lowes to fix this ourselves. We got disapproved to move back here because our credit score was low but then when we checked our credit it was fine so we showed the leasing office and they said they don’t know how to help. Rent has starting to go up and considering the prices that knew residents are paying vs what we’ve dealt with here. It’s absolutely not worth it. So many people have left bad reviews about Kingstowne and I wish I would’ve listened to them before moving in here. Save yourself the headache and look for a different place to live.
The buildings are filthy; maintenance never does what they say they're going to do...renovations were shoddy, and half done (nothing like the pictures!); they have roaches, big and small (they don't do regular treatments); then when you ask, they only treat yours...that's like treating the kitchen without treating the bathroom; most tenants have no pride in their surroundings-throw trash from car in parking lot, when there's a dumpster a few feet away, spit on stairway and walls...they put in new kitchen cabinets, but don't match the "old" floor tile...curling around edges with no trim; dishwasher does not fit the cabinet; appliances were dirty. I'm embarrassed to have friends or family visit.

We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. We're usually known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. Please feel free to come by the office at your convenience as we're always happy to help.
Terrible! Roaches everywhere and not little ones! The big ones where you can see the legs and eyes! It’s freaking terrible. It’s so bad i do not even want my furniture. I rather spend more money on new furniture than to even think of keeping what’s been here. Pinchers bugs, spiders, and roaches!!! DO NOT DO IT. On top of it the a/c went out i called and maintenance never fixed it THEN my entire place smelled like they had left a can of pit thinner in the vents. It’s a terrible community. Please listen to me, do not move here
This is THE WORST!!! Please don't move in here. The maintenance is HORRIBLE! There is NO SENSE OF URGENCY with maintenance request orders on ANY REQUEST! They will put it off and off and off. It will require you to STAY on them. No apartment complex should EVER make you work to make sure the MAINTENANCE CREW is doing THEIR JOB! It's not worth it. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
I have lived in Kingstowne for about one year. During this time the office staff were always polite and professional. The staff always try to do special events during holidays. The apartments are spacious and allow pets with some regulations. If you are looking for a good location, affordable rent, and spacious apartments I definitely recommend it Kingstowne for your future home.
Any time i have an issue it is always resolved within the day. The people in the office are always friendly and willing to help.
Office staff doesn't help with any issues. Maintenance is nonexistent. The neighborhood is quiet.
I love the environment geat for raising children and pets friendly and professional staff.I would recommend this neighborhood to everyone
