HLH is a place that fits the everyday working normal family that wants peace when you're home. Within a 1 mile radius you have numerous eateries, shopping, entertainment, and its very uber friendly. Easy access to I 10, the Beltway, 610, and Hwy 90 to get anywhere you need to go. The layout of my 1 bedroom is comfortable, spacious, and all the up to date designs, including a signature very high entry door. Maintenance really stay on top of things, once you put in an order, within 24 hrs they are touching bases with you. The office staff is very knowledgeable, concerned, and they stay on top of the appearance of this property. I just signed my 2nd lease here and I have no regrets.

First, I would like to start off by saying writing reviews is not something I normally do. So if I write a review I either had a really great experience or an absolutely horrific experience. The inside of our apartment, beautiful. I loved our 2 bedroom layout and space. However, this is about my horrific experience living in these filthy apartments. My wife and I have always paid our rent on-time. We have always made sure our trash bins were placed back inside our apartment before 7 am, we ALWAYS picked up our dog’s waste from the grass, and we always have been respectful of our neighbors. We moved to Houston and this apartment without ever seeing it. The inside of the apartment, absolutely beautiful. Yes the inside of our drawers had water stains. Yes, the apartment had minor imperfections, but nothing too crazy. However, the experience here was BEYOND me. The first few months were okay because the front office staff was nice, they had little community events, but that stopped and it wasn’t a big deal because I only went once. Soon the management or front office staff changed. As soon as this happened, things went downhill. The only thing they keep tidy here is the grass (as far as keeping it cut). Other than that, it’s absolutely disgusting! I had to warn my family and friends before they entered the property EVERY TIME they visited me in Houston. The dog waste in the grass, in the hallway, the stairs… so embarrassing. The trash stinking up the hallways, the stains all over the hallways, the piles of trash left in front of people’s doors! I’ve even had people leave their trash and dirty diapers in front of my door. I can go on. But the last thing I want to touch on is the noise. I lived on the top floor and I had someone living underneath me who blasted music, movies, you name it, at ALL times of the night. I have videos of me recording the sounds and my floor vibrating from the surround sound. 10 pm, 12 am, 4 am. Even on weekdays. Forget a security guard. I seen them about twice during my 12 month lease, which didn’t matter because people’s cars were still getting broken into, windows shattered, and cars sitting on bricks because their tires were stolen. Save yourself the trauma. RUN!

I am the previous resident here . I’d like to start by saying I am very disappointed with the service I was given my last month here. I was never of any bother and paid on time and never needed to contact the office. My cars windows were broken into and belongings were taken and I never put a complaint against the building as the other residents told me they the office just told them to talk to there insurance. vandalism here happens OFTEN. But the final week of leaving I reached out to the office and we walked the appt and Maria wanted me to clean minimum smudges on fridge and and microwave or there would be a $200 charge and I returned the following day and cleaned it. When I returned someone had lifted the carpet assuming to check for “stains” when doing the final walk through she said there would be a charge to replace it I stated to her there was no way those stains were caused by me as I had a king size bed over the stains which means nothing could of dripped there and I was the only person living there. Maria didn’t care to hear me out and stated there was nothing she could do to wait for the final invoice and contact her then. One week later I got a final invoice for 400$ carpet and 100$ no insurance fee. I called her back to the office multiple times and no answer. I sent Maria and Catherine a email to follow up stating them with proof of insurance for the appt showing it was covered and no revision was made . I emailed them back again stating it was wrong for them to charge me the 400$ for a carpet they were only going to clean them selves!!! I have sent multiple emails to them and the last response from them after I told them I was going to take legal actions was "we will no longer reply the lease will go to collections thank you” they do not care to help. I am reaching out to corporate to get a revision done to my final invoice before I take legal actions as I am the only one who cares for my lease apparently. This speaks very bad of there employees here at the office they are very unprofessional. I also tried to contact corporate through Maria and Catherine but no response from them providing me with this information I had to google your corporate email! My lawyer told me contact “corporate” to try to resolve this matter before proceeding. All I have to say is if you are going to rent here be ready for vandalism and poor customer service. READ THE FINE PRINT. because two months later after leaving I am still left with a $500 pending invoice.

I absolutely LOVE living here! The apartments are beautiful and maintained. The office staff is very friendly yet actually enforces the community policies that make this a great home for everyone. This is the only apartment community I know in East Houston with an elevator!! 24 hour amenities with a Starbucks cafe! Thank you to Catherine and Erica in the office for making me feel at home!

I am so very excited, even though I hate moving I must say the experience that I had at Haven at Liberty Hills was just top of the line. Driving up to the property I was taken away how the grounds were well manicured. When I walked into the office I was taken away with the lovely decor and the upbeat music that was playing. I was greeted by such a sweet young lady. I must say she really put my fears and anxiety to rest. I believe her name was Carysn . She spoke very well and firm and completely educated me on what specials that was being offered. On the tour, it was great to see other residents enjoying the community. It was also nice to see residents speaking to Carysn and letting me know what a great place this was. I really felt at home. I even received a invite to the next resident event. I can honestly say " Yes to the apartment !! " I decided on the Jefferson floor plan and looking forward in moving middle of October.

When me and my husband toured this property we were amazed by the garden/interior design of the complex all together. I love how the kitchens are spacious and the color contrast reflects the hard wood flooring. The staff here is very generous and welcoming, I'm super excited to move in soon. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends who are looking for convenience and a more modern home.
