There have been so many great new changes with the property in the last 6 months. I finally love where I live. The ladies in the office are very helpful, maintenance keeps the property clean daily. The pool is finally open after being closed for over a year. I transferred to a fully renovated apartment and I truly love it.

Just to give you an idea of how bad it is, in my email inbox, I have at least 18 emails sent from the property about water shut offs or boiler issues on the property from the beginning of 2023 to mid July of 2023 alone. 18. I thought this might be important information for those with children or for those caring for seniors.

Sutton Place? Brace yourself. What is up with your pool? That is absolutely gross. I should have taken a picture. I'm sorry but the closest thing I can compare it to is a solid layer of gunk, if someone threw up a chocolate shake all over the top of the pool. With papers floating in it and trash. I was there at about 5:30 this evening, Sunday, April 23rd 2023. There was an overwhelming natural gas smell, like a huge leak, coming from the main area or maintenance building. I thought it was maybe a gas leak from the pool heater or a dryer or something. It was unmistakably gas, strong. I called the gas company. It hit me like a wave. It wasn't just a light little whiff or leak, it was major. Unsafe. Right next to the pool. And then I saw the pool, sorry it was unbelievably the grossest pool I've ever seen. The spa is okay? But what is up with it nastiness in the pool. Please fix it. I was going to fill out an application but I think I'll pass.
This place sucks for 1 if u like to live without hot water all the time this place is perfect or the pool that has never been open the whole time I have lived here or the laundry rooms the lock and unlock when they want too there's more wrong with this place the residents or loud and rude and managment could careless it seems1st off this place is hit or miss I have been here since 2018 and have had nothing but problems, I understand the Neighborhood we live in is not the best but doesn't mean we should get the short end of the stick I've had an okay experience here i will say that the new management here is better then who was here when I 1st got here but my complaints here are, 1st I have been here since 2018 and the pool bearly opened, the laundry rooms use to be 24hrs and that was perfect for my work schedule but now they close them at 10pm I understand why but they never unlock them on time and some days not at all! My 3rd is the water here either gets shut off for a whole day sometimes or no hot water and it takes them forever to fix it. Other then that it's small usual stuff that you deal with for living in apartments... I will say my stay has been okay but I wouldn't recommend it unless it's all you can afford renter beware.

Stopped by after noticing the change in appearance. The office staff was awesome very refreshing from the old management staff. They took over the property across the street by the way so stay clear of the cottages. Sutton place has a play ground, a new soccer field, small little dog park, and most exciting for me is they are about to get a new 24 hour gym. I called several times before touring I spoke with Ivan, and megan. They were both awesome, inviting and friendly. When I stopped by Ivan and Koko where in the office and showed me around. I looked at a 2x2 fully renovated. Is was super nice loved the black appliances and flooring!
thanks new management,especially maintance these guys know what their doing best ever place too stay rancho park west cheyenne,they had a old management when i came,they have changed this whole complex by maintaining this property in a little of time i onlly been here 5 months and maintance always send email too let me know if they entered my home and confirmation that its fixed,the management is the best,they help all they can im at peace living here i can go shopping, theirs schools, my doctors are close A BIG THANK YOU RANCHO PARK THANKS MAINTANCE AND MANAGEMENT your the best keep up the good work
The apartments are well maintain, great area with convince shopping well lite grounds at night. friendly security that walks the grounds day and night to ensure every thing is going well for all residents. the court yard is a warm family environment with pool and picnic area. Management are their when you need them, down to earth and easy to approach. any repairs are done in a timely manner and followed up after repair. The maintain crew are friendly and take pride in there work. lovely place to live
These apartment are somewhat in good condition. There's a few problems here and there.but overall their an okay environment to live in.
