As its name implies, Medical Center South is located directly south of the Texas Medical Center, which is home to Houston’s major healthcare facilities and medical schools. The neighborhood is also locally known as the Astrodome since the Houston Astrodome dominated the neighborhood. Facilities and equipment are wonderful sequrity is very good ,in generall is very exellent,but a negative point is noisy in high way ,if the window can cut off this noisy it was great

The apartments are fine. The walls are thin so you will hear a lot of your neighbors conversation. A lot of pets so the hallways do smell like pet urine. Maintenance answers quickly and there use to be a a lot of community gatherings but there are few now. 7/10
I have really enjoyed living at Haven at Main so far. The community is very welcoming and the staff are very helpful. Living at this location has tons of benefits, it’s very close to a lot of important areas in the city, and it’s a good place to call home.
I’m a new resident. Vanessa made my tour one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I saw the unit, I knew this would be my new home. I’m so glad I made the choice to live here.
It was a great experience due to everything being done in a timely manner. I really appreciated Juan in helping me throughout the whole process because he made sure I was satisfied.
It is a nice place, with a good location; but they need to pay more attention to the inhabitants and their requests; since they are sent to the administration and no response is obtained
Nice complex, need more security and cameras around the building. Got my car tires stolen once, all four of them. The leasing office worker seem pretty cool.
Great management, friendly staff and definitely go above and beyond to help with any needs . Vanessa is definitely caring and always helps as well as lafon.
I’ve been here for about a month now and honestly, so far so good! I will say it can get a bit noisy outside but that’s kind of expected since this complex is along Main st. Lots of option to shop and eat nearby too! Will come back to comment if anything ends up being bad but truly, it’s a great experience so far:)
the whole move in process was very quick and easy. everything was so organized. so far, so good here plus my apartment is very nice and clean.
Have been living here for less than a week and so far it seems like a friendly community. My apartment is located in a very quiet corner facing a section of trees. The apartment is spacious and was recently repainted with new floors. Hopefully the couple of items I reported that need fixing on the initial inventory form will be taken care of soon. I like the location of the apartment complex near many stores and the medical center where I will be working. The parking garage has ample parking.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for a whole year now and overall would give it 4 stars! We haven’t had any major problems, only had to request maintenance once. Thank you Haven, for letting us call you home!
The best way to start is : Yesterday, (Monday) morning, as I left to go to work I noticed, right in front of the trash door on Level three, a large aluminum pan, the type caters use to serve at functions, with some sort of food, covered in foil with a half-eaten cake. This was simply dropped on the floor instead of simply throwing it out. My vehicle has been "broken into" (I leave it unlocked to avoid broken windows) twice in the last few weeks. The residence continues to be unsecured; the security door on level 3 is still not operational; it has been this way for months now. People still speed through the garage, paying minimal attention to their surroundings. Someone will be injured, sooner than later and I want to be wrong about this. I do notice the security officers on premises and appreciate their excellent work. BUT, they can't be everywhere; nor can the management staff. The gym equipment still do not work for the most part. Enough said
I moved in a few days ago a (4/26/24) still getting Adjusted to my new environment. My leasing agent was very helpful and supportive. I’m glad to be part of the Haven family.
I love the garage and being able to park close to my apartment. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit. The kitchen is nice and big and fun to cook in. The bathrooms have plenty of space.

The process was a lengthy, but it was well worth it. I am in love with my floor plan. Everything is nice. The staff are very patient with me I would recommend to family and friends!
Move in was amazing the staff is awesome and that apartment is beautiful. The maintenance is very good with response time and they are really helpful.
The maintenance guys are incredibly. Juan the Manager is amazing . If I have any issues they try to fix it as soon as possible . I love the Management .

Great community, service and attention to detail. I love it! If you’re looking for something great come live here!! The community its self is amazing and people are very friendly.
Work orders are always done on time! I have not trouble getting in contact with the office, maintenance does there best to keep the apartments clean.
My experience was mixed due to the new leasing agent on site who promised a rate which was changed on lease signing. Move in date was three days later than expected and home was not clean.
I really enjoy this facility! It has nice amenities and the staff is very helpful concerning the needs of the residents. While the residents could do a better job of doing their part to keep the community clean, the staff never ceases to work on improvements to keep our area nice.
I am really enjoying my new spot. The apartment is big and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. I stay in building two where it’s super quiet at.
It was great! I love it here! The processing to moving in was easy and they handled everything efficiently. I have been here for 8 months now with no issues and still loving it!
Great experience thus far, haven’t had any major issues while living here. Fellow residents are good. Hopefully it stays like that for the longest.

Would like to see quicker response on work order requests. Would also like more parking passes for guests. Also want to see a better response when calling in front office (rarely answer unless you go in person). I like the improvements I’ve seen. We should get the carpets cleaned and floors powerwashed.

Mold mold mold and very rude staff … also 2 months someone broke into over 40 cars in one night! they did not pay tenants fix all the broke car windows! I was one of them this will be my last yr here! Run!!!!

It’s a good place. Residents just need to stop letting their dogs pee and poop on the hallway carpets. Honestly they just need to take the carpet out and put tile. Because the carpet makes the hall smell bad. The office personal are nice and attentive when you speak with them.
Wish there was better security. Car was broken into. Other than that these apartments are a good option for a college student or a single family.
It’s great living here! I have so far enjoyed living at haven at main. I’ll be signing again next year! Shout out to Daniel and the rest of the staff that work there!
So far so great! Move in was easy and very satisfied with the entire experience! This is my first time out on my own and this has been a pleasurable in which the Haven has made me very comfortable.

A nice apartment so far. A few things have broken pretty quickly on (ac which was fixed the same day and a bathroom fan which is scheduled to be fixed). The amenities are ok. The apartment is sometimes a bit difficult to get out of, but once you do, there is a lot of things nearby. Biggest complaint is that some of the other tenants will drop trash in the hallways and not clean up after themselves
Quick and easy process, the facility manager was so accommodating to me, went way out of her way to get me into my place quick and easy. Super grateful for all her help.
The apartments it’s self is really nice. The inside is beautiful. I wish the residents would do a better job at cleaning up after their pets. Or the building can be a little more strict in regards to penalizing residents who leave dog poop in the halls. The building does do a good job cleaning it up but that shouldn’t be their responsibility. Other than that my only issue is having to stalk maintenance to get a request filled. And the office isn’t the best at answering their phones. You sort of have to stalk them too for updates on things. Parking has gotten better. My last request would be for an update on the gym equipment. There’s so many weights missing and the wipes are hardly ever stocked. Other than that it’s a pretty solid place to live. The area is great and has a lot of convenient stores very close by.
I like what I’m paying for the space, but I feel like the place could be cleaner. I’m a new resident and already dealing with gnats and roaches coming from other apartments
I really like it is quiet office staff is very polite and nice and get down to business. If I ever had a maintenance issue they on it less than 48 . and I like the office management staff because when you have a hard time they’re very understandable and willing to work with you Awesome communication and they got the property looking real good real good and together and the office staff always try to fulfill their promises if they can . very helpful and friendly
Nice apartments neighbors are generous. The apartments are spacious and give off a nice view. It's a good area have all the food spots near by that I like
I genuinely enjoy staying here. Outside of some of the guest and their pets, I would definitely recommend. There's enough parking for you and your guest, which is a plus.

Great community. Really nice and attentive leasing agents who made me feel right at home. My apartment was clean and ready for move in with no problems. Very specious units and great amenities.
My experience has been generally positive in the complex. I love my apartment! It is nice to be able to look out of the windows and see downtown and the galleria areas. There is a missing drawer in my bathroom that hasn't been installed since I moved in back in December and it is now July. I don't understand why that is. Anyway the issues I have are more with my neighbors than with the complex. On a daily basis, trash fills the garage because people get out of their vehicles and leave their trash right there. I've watched people with dogs allow their pets to use the bathroom in the garage instead of walking them and allowing them to relieve themselves outside. The gates are sometimes broken for weeks at a time. Hopefully we get more neighbors that care about their surroundings to get this complex to a point where anyone would be proud to invite people over.
So far the staff has been super attentive and a great help in every facet. Including getting me an apartment super fast and providing service with any issues in my apartment.
Haven at Main could be an excellent living experience. It is in a great location, with a very good management team. The inside of our apartment is very, very nice and comfortable. We simply have a problem with outside of our front door. People here have no pride of ownership; they toss trash on the floor, let their dogs mess on the carpet in the hallways and do not clean up. The garage is a joke; more trash and even more problematic is the speed limit of 5 MPH which is a bigger joke. People here do not know how to drive safely. Someone is going to get injured or worse; or their property damaged by people not smart enough to drive safely.
So far has been very good. Just moved in hoping I will enjoy living here. :) This apartment complex does very well cleaning and making sure property stays nice.
I enjoy the staff and everything they do. The fact that I use to live 3.5 hours from here, and everything was a breeze as far as paperwork and the tour.
