Excellent complex to reside. Gated community with lots of parking. Large fitness room, Olympic size swimming pool, game room for the entire family to enjoy, and a beautiful lounge. Very professional staff, pleasant, and hardworking. Mike, the assistant manager, is always ready to help. The maintenance crew are the BEST. The job is always done right at the first time, and they are very knowledgeable.

I’ve been here for 2 months and I like it. Facility is clean, and the staff are nice. I like that it’s dog friendly. The gym here is exceptionally nice and clean.

These apartments are so cheaply made that you can hear every single noise from your above neighbors. The apartment complex takes no responsibility for any of the mistakes they make and in no way try to make it up to their residents. Would not recommend living here. The price does not reflect what these apartments offer, and not in a good way. They charge too much for too little. The only positive is that the staff is very polite and do what they can to help.

Community is great so far there’s just not enough parking spots but other than that it’s a great apartment to live in! I love my apartment had a few minor tweaks but maintenance was on top of it!

Other frequent electrical issues, the Haven is generally, a good place to live. I am however not pleased about how the staff handle resident complaints with levity. For months, I have talked and texted about excess noise from the resident directly above my apartment who I later found uses his/her apartment for routine exercise, running up and down at all times, instead of using designated Gym site in the complex. The noise is so much that most nights I cannot sleep well because of the noise. This is really affecting my general health and work.

Apartments are really nice and mainly quiet. Located in a convenient part of Mansfield. The only reason that it is not 5 stars are because sometimes it smells like Marijuana throughout the place.

I moved in, in May and it's been a wonderful place to live. My apartment is feels line a home. I love the gray color in my place and the fact that there is carpet in the rooms and hard floors elsewhere!The location is perfect for me. I would definitely recommend these luxury apartments.

The apartment itself is great, and the neighbors are friendly, which has made settling in feel welcoming. However, one downside is the thin walls and flooring. Living on the second floor, I often feel anxious about every little sound we make, especially with a toddler who naturally likes to explore and play. The lack of sound insulation adds a layer of stress, as I worry it might disturb the downstairs neighbors. Overall, it’s a good place, but if you’re sensitive to noise or have young kids, it’s something to consider.

I've been extremely pleased with my experience here. Management and staff have been pleasant to work with and my neighbors have all been warm and upbeat since moving in. The only suggestions that I could make would be for us to have a coffee machine as majority of the luxury builds throughout DFW have them for their residents. I also think that our living experience would be enhanced by having remote access for doors like most luxury new builds. It's inconvenient to have to let your guests into the building or delivery partners by having to physically leave your home. That has been my biggest adjustment and only dislike so far.

I am enjoying my new apartment. The people are nice and very friendly. When we need maintenance they are pretty fast about fixing things. the only issue is I have to lean things from neighbor like gate codes.

It's generally a safe place to live and the residents are friendly. Convenient access off Hwy 360 and Hwy 287. We have a parcel locker room for Amazon deliveries. Small pet area outside. Staff are friendly.

I like where I live. It is a convenient location for everything in Mansfield. The only complaint I have is this is supposed to be a smoke free complex. No smoking on the property at all. At night there is always people sitting at the tables outside smoking. And by the entrance of the apartment building as well. You can see the butts on the ground. There are cameras by the doors so if they work you can see who it is.

Beautiful gated community with lots of parking. Peaceful, quiet and clean with nice amenities. Best of all, there are no restrictions on dogs/cats. Close to popular shopping areas, super markets, and lots of restaurants. Close to major hospitals, Urgent Care clinics, and animal hospitals. Last but not least, we have the BEST staff ever!!

Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend! I had been searching for an apartment for nearly a month, and nothing seemed to fit my expectations. That all changed when I visited this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with everything – so much so that I signed up on the same day! The process was incredibly smooth, and by the second day, I had my lease approved and was able to move in right away. A big shout-out to Mr. Mike from the front office who assisted me through the entire process. He’s a great guy, super helpful, and made everything so easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a clean and modern design, and I absolutely love the view from my place on the 4th floor. The location is unbeatable, close to everything I need, and there’s always plenty of parking space, which was a big plus for me. The community here is wonderful too – everyone’s friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a place that meets and exceeds expectations, this is it. I’m so happy I found this apartment!

Haven at Mansfield is a nice place to reside if you’re moving to Texas for the first time. It’s a good place to get started, especially if you’re looking to plant roots in the DFW area.

Beautiful place to live, however there are a couple of nuisances. The walls are fairly thin, & apparently I have a neighbor who likes to blast their music. I’m aware of “quiet hours” and have no issue with someone enjoying their space. But when it’s blasting into my walls that’s a problem. I’ve complained twice just for a courtesy reminder to be set out or something. Also, the gym isn’t cleaned regularly, I go daily and it’ll look the same for weeks. As well as the pool area. Overall, I love it. They’re well insulated, and the area itself is pretty quiet. And shopping is convenient.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and no drama! Pet friendly and I can say the pet owners keep the place dog poop free. All the employees are nice and friendly.

I loved my apartment, was very quiet and cozy. BEFORE my upstairs neighbor moved in. Now I have no peace. They are loud all day, stomping and shaking the ceiling. I asked at the beginning how the walls and ceiling sound was and if neighbors could hear each other and was told you can rarely tell someone is above you. I thought someone was living above me since I moved in and was glad I could never hear anything. Well I quickly found out that was wrong and hate the day they moved in. Other than that, I like it here.

This has been the absolute worst experience in my life.... The property managers have been terrible... They dont respond, fix things when they feel like it, avoid tenants, and are lazy

Everything is great besides the access to certain amenities. If I'm going to be paying a fee to use them, then I expect to be able to use them frequently. Especially at night and on weekends.

Good and serene environment with friendly staff. My apartment is clean and cool for the summer and so are the hallways on my units. The rent is a bit on the high side but not too different other similar modern apartments

The apartments are modern. Pros: large closet space, elevator, 24/7 gym yoga studio, good temperature, updated appliances (oven can air fry), lovely staff Cons: not enough parking, no possible way to get packages or food deliveries sent straight to door (you'll either have to meet them at the door or at the package office), thin-ish walls

I love this place. I love the aesthetic and the location. I love having an in unit washer and dryer. The gym has really decent selection and the yoga room is a nice touch. The Amazon lockers are convenient and makes me feel good about my package security. The management are also super helpful and responsive.
