I moved here to The Haven at Reed Creek in May 2020. I received a letter today from management with the prices for renewal, and I went up today to let them know -- I am renewing my lease! I have lived in numerous apartment complexes, and this one is by far the best one! The staff is incredible -- the office staff is approachable, willing to help in anyway possible, and willing to just chat; the maintenance team promptly addresses the very few concerns I have had; the grounds are always well kept, and the community is very safe. In the apartment -- very functional and well kept floorplan. The ONLY complaint I have is -- I want to upgrade to a 3 bedroom, so I can have more guests stay over and see my beautiful home! Monica, Dominique, and Marcus in the office rock; Kerry, Dwayne, and Trey also rock and do such a great job keeping everything running smoothly! I could not elaborate more on how great this community has been to me. Will be here for many years to come!

The office staff specifically Monica (the one that handled my application process) were WONDERFUL! She moved quick! I told her I needed to be in by a certain date and that woman worked until close of business to get my approval! Very professional, friendly and relatable. I’m looking forward to moving in. The community looks beautiful as in the pictures what you see is what you get! Not one sign of false advertisement. It’s also a gated community which I love the extra security for my children. 10 stars

The apartments are basic. There is no luxury to this property. The cabinets are scraped up and worn; the carpet is stretched and long past its life expectancy and needs to be replaced. The place has an issue with bugs and bathroom has mold concerns in the shower enclosure. The security gates are usually not working and traffic on the main road is ridiculous, as there is no traffic light so a left turn out of the complex some days is dangerous. There's always an accident on that stretch of road. There are lots of businesses in the area but no sidewalks or easy access to walk to them. If you ask the complex directly about the concerns, they will say there are no such issues and everything is top notch, which is not true. Just ask the residents. There is much turnover of units because of Fort Gordon, and no real community. The elementary school is average, so that's not a draw, even though they talk up their website and say they are excellent, so it's not worth sacrificing yourself to rent here because of the school. There are better in the area. The scores on greaterschools website aren't always current or accurate.

Overall, this apartment has everything. My big requests for an apartment are W/D in unit and an open floor plan. This complex delivers both. The staff are very friendly and willing to work with you. I also definitely appreciated the car vacuum station and ease of access to and from the apartment. Rent with a roommate is very reasonable for everything you get. Pool is clean, and the grill outside is a plus. The complex is also directly off of a main thorough fare. 5 min to bobby jones and I-20. Kroger is 30 seconds and there are a few shopping centers 5 minutes in the other direction. If I come back to the area for work, this will be my first choice again!

I'm specifically writing this review because I'm angry. These people have sketchy business practices. I'm not even currently living at this place because I've already moved into a house. We are paying rent at 2 different places even though we are not even living here! We had a month and a half left on the lease and have been paying it off while living at a separate residence. So when my bf goes in to sign the paper stating that we are not going to stay and we are giving our 60 day notice, the young man there says that even though we missed the 60 days by 2 days, he will still not charge us the month to month fee. We go in today to talk with him to make sure of what the prorated cost will be and he informs us that he handed it over to Monica and she is upholding the $121 month to month fee because we missed the mark by 2 days! Not to mention we showed up on the 60th day but because they couldnt file the papers until monday, that is actually what put us off the mark! Shame on them for lying to us and being completely petty about 2 days. We informed them that we havent even been living here and apparently that doesnt matter. Once you move In these people have consistently proven that they do not care about their residents! Give me your money and once your here and/or move out, we dont care about you! Do not recommend this place. Also they havent updated the apartments in years and continue to raise the rent!

So I lived here for 1 year. And I complained about every little thing. I moved mostly because of my X stalking me and the gate out of service quite a bit. I now know that was nothing compared to the lack of pride and maintenance issue that are at my currant apartment. I wish I had never left the haven. Updated layout clean pool. It is an excellent community, maintenance issues handled professionally and usually within 24 hours. The grounds are clean and maintained beautifully. Staff is friendly. If moving cost weren't an issue I would go back Today.

I visit the Haven every weekend. The property is well maintained, the staff is very friendly, and the pool/firepit area is always a great time. Another major plus is that they are pet friendly. Many residents have dogs.
They treat the customers real bad and it cost to much for that.
