Property Ratings at Haven at Research Triangle Park
Upon arriving on to the property I noticed a huge and rather disgusting pile of trash spilling out of the garage, old furniture and a plethora of boxes. I found that to be insane giving that you must pay a $37 trash fee each month. Also the staff aren't pleasant or welcoming. Lady that gave me the tour was very standoffish, and made me feel as if I was bothering her by my presence. She didn't offer or even bother to show me any of the amenities. Didn't properly invite me in her office for my scheduled tour. She proceeded to talk to me while she was sitting in her office and I was standing in the middle of the lobby. She literally only took me to the model apartment and stood at the front door the whole time. I traveled from out state for a day and was excited to view this apartment specifically as it was #1 on my list, was even prepared to apply and pay months in advance the day of my SCHEDULED tour because I loved the actual apartment and the layout however, the trash and the lack of professionalism and hospitality I will be continuing my search. Coming from New York I was very shocked to be experiencing such poor hospitality here in NC.

The people in the office are super friendly. The grounds are really pretty, they obviously have Professional landscapers here often. The townhome I saw was really pretty and had a nice layout.

The staff at Haven at RTP in both the office and on the maintenance side are great. Super responsive and take care of any issues right away. My apartment is renovated and I love the townhome set up. Nice place to live.

I’ve been here for a couple of years now and since the management changed things got really good. They are very personable, own the situation and work it until is resolve, these guys reply to your emails right away, maintenance issues are fast and clean. I hate that we don’t have assigned parking spaces, but that’s is manageable. 10 Stars to these guys. Maintenance, management, YOU GUYS ROCK.

I’ve lived here two complete years. First year great no complaints good location good customer service . Since then your now charged to receive packages late fees after 3 days which is worst the the USPS . Mandatory basic cable since pandemic of 89.00 not even a discounted rate they must be getting a kick back. The garbage area used to be well maintained it’s been two weeks or more and cardboard box and recycling area is horrific holiday has passed yet you pay 30.00 for garbage pick up.. If you wanted / needed to place your garbage you can’t because you can’t get to it! Heating system is old doesn’t maintain heat in apartment well. I used to get call backs not consistent change is happening gradually and not in a good way.

I've been here 3 weeks. I stay on the 2nd floor and I hear every move the guy over top of me makes, sometimes it sounds really loud like he is stomping or something. I kinda wish I would have kept my old apartment because I could sleep late on weekends n didn't hear every move the person made over me. Then the other neighbor on the side of me have his music playing all day can't hear my tv without playing it loud. It really making me hate this place!!!

During the month of January, we had a snow storm. We had at least 8 inches of snow. No one from management or maintenance came to clear the sidewalks or put sand down to help with traction until after the fourth or fifth day. By then,majority of the snow was melted or it was soft enough for anyone to walk on without risking falling. I called maintenance about the issue on a Saturday to ask when they were going to try to clear the sidewalks because it was nothing but a sheet of solid ice. He said, they won’t do anything until Monday because they don’t work on Saturday unless it was an emergency and a sidewalk full of ice and snow isn’t considered an emergency. Thankfully a friend of mine who doesn’t even live out here came with his shovel to clear a path for us and others to walk. I called about my concern on that Monday to speak to management so I’ll know how to be prepared for future snow or ice storms and no one has returned my call and it’s been at least 3 weeks since then. When Ticon properties and other management companies who were managing before this BH Management came they were proactive about treating the sidewalks when we had snow and ice.

There's an leasing consultant name Angela VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL!! If you call the office to speak to mgr she never gives message or talk so rudely to you. Called the office to ask about Pool & Gym hours. All she says is I(she) don't know. Trash runs over constantly! Lawn care hasn't been cut for several months. New Management no newsletter letting you know who's the Mgr. Angela needs to have better customer service. She's an employee who lived on property for a short time. Packed all her stuff & moved back to Garner. Told another resident she wouldn't live here only work. When a residence wants to move before lease is up there's a lease termination fee! Very unprofessional to tell other residence her ability to move in then move right back put & is employed with company.
For the past year and 10 months there has been awful management attention to repairs needed in my apartment. To this day there are repairs that have not been fixed since first reported in the first 4 months of living in the complex. Management incorrectly charges for rent (already has happened 3 times) and was only corrected after extensive proof and conversations with everyone in the office which tended to go in circles. Facilities that were confirmed to be done in a couple of months has been elongated with only different excuses for the delay. Business duties such as faxing documents to other apartment complexes was purposefully and immaturely circumvented - high unprofessional.
Love the new management--There have been a lot of renovations in the past year. They showed me around the clubhouse renovations when I went in to pay my rent last week, and it looks awesome, and can't wait for the new fitness center to open soon.
This place is managed poorly. I haven't had functioning heat for over a MONTH, despite repeated requests for help from maintenance and management. They try to con you out of money all the time by claiming they didn't receive rent payments (and they don't offer a drop box for after-hours payments, so you have to take off from work to go in person to deliver any checks.) Their online payment system either malfunctions repeatedly, or they know it doesn't work and still try to charge extra $$ out of people. Additionally, a murder take place here in the past few months, and the property has gone downhill. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Though the buildings are reasonably nice looking, I could feel my floor vibrate when my downstairs neighbor walked (yes, I said downstairs). Furthermore, the month before I moved out, one of my other neighbors had someone break all of her car windows in the parking lot. When I first moved there over a year ago, the staff was friendly, though highly unorganized. Since then, they have changed management companies, and none of the staff that were there when I started are still there. During my year there, none of my maintenance requests were full-filled unless I actually sought out a maintenance worker and personally requested assistance. Additionally, several times my payments were not entered in the office account system and I had to bring receipts and PDFs of cleared checks to show that the rent had been paid on time (if not early). As of almost 90 days since moving to another city, I still have not received my security deposit. However, the new-new-new management has assured me that they are handling it. I do intend to move back to NC, but I definitely won't be returning to this complex.
They are located right in the heart of RTP area. Beautiful Town-homes and apartments in one complex. I live in the 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom town-home. The complex have the most beautiful scenery I have seen in this area. It is manicured every week to make sure that is continues to stay beautiful 365 days a year. Safe neighborhood with wonderful residents.
Me and my girlfriend are new to North Carolina, and had trouble finding a place to live during the weekend we traveled to the Research Triangle Area in order to find our next place to live. However, the staff at Arium RTP made our transition significantly easier than expected. We were able to receive a renovated townhome that has all new appliances and is beautifully well-done. The staff as well, although only meeting us once, remembered both of our names even though I arrived unannounced to pick up my keys 3 weeks late to move in because of my own employment circumstances. However, they had everything prepared for us, had checked on our place to make sure it was still okay while we were away and have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We are well located for working in RTP, and we are an easy drive to Durham, Raleigh and Cary. The neighborhood we live in is quiet which is a nice change from being in the center of a college town the past 4 years for Graduate School and everyone around us has been so friendly. So far, a fantastic place to live.
This is a great place for those who are just starting out and are on their own. The leasing reps are friendly and the maintainence staff are quick to come out and fix any problem that you may have.
The Arium Research Triangle Apartments are amazing!!! The staff and maintenance are very responsive and quick in fixing problems. It is was a great move for us.
Moved here when I first moved out on my own. The price was great for what I was making at the time and the community is nice and quiet. Relocating to Raleigh in a couple months and will miss this place.
