Haven Coliving - Venice - West of Lincoln

Living at haven has been such an enjoyable experience. I’ve lived at haven for 6 months and I’ve found myself enjoying it more every week. Everyone is very accepting and it feels like a family! Not to mention how beautiful our home is, and it is always very clean. I would recommend haven to anyone looking for a built in community and creative network in LA! Truly a one of a kind experience.

My experience at Haven has been nothing short of amazing! I’ve lived here for several months and have nothing but good things to say! The facility is beautiful and the residents are fabulous! Not to mention, we’re in a great location and live a few blocks away from the beach! There are so many perks to co-living so I highly recommend it for those of you looking to save money and build community! Couldn’t think of better place to call my home!

I have been living at haven for 8 months now, and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. The community here is so loving and welcoming. I love the amenities that haven provides to us, like the classes taught by members or the friends that you get to meet while living here. Haven does a great job of making sure everything is safe and clean. Thank you haven I’m excited for the future. I highly recommend taking a tour with the James who is a great manager and always is on top of taking care of things around the house.

From management to the communal family staying at Haven I have been shown a warmth and acceptance that I truly appreciate. I look forward to my time here and hope to build a great community.

(Penmar Location) I just moved to LA and knew I wanted to move to co-living since I knew not many people in the area. Haven has been a great plug-and-play family where I have met all kinds of unique and interesting people. Everyone here likes to collaborate with each other and there is a very warm feeling to the members. The house itself is gorgeous, open-air with a gym and coworking space available and two hot tubs. Outdoor showers, one mile from the beach, life is very good here. The only downside is that the neighborhood is a bit dirty and there is a homeless/theft problem.

I’ve lived at Haven for over a year. I love living here so much because people who live here are amazing, this place is clean and there are many classes that you can take from your roomies!! yoga, Pilates(I’m teaching it!) ,dance, meditation and so on. I’ve been learning a lot of things from Haven!Haven is also good for people who learn English! I’ve improved my English so much. I can’t even imagine if I wouldn’t have lived at Haven :)

Community is AMAZING! Yoga classes, co-working space, cooking classes, mediation classes and group outings are so much fun. The properties are amazing and really well maintained. The people who run Haven truly care about their members and they have 3 full time housekeepers and a maintenance crew that address all issues quickly and professionally. The icing on the cake is that my bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in....truly restful sleep!

Wonderful environment to live in! The community has a great energy. Everyone is extremely kind and respectful. I could go on and on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and healthy ambiance!

I lived here for several months in late 2019 and could not have been happier with my stay. Everything was easy and straightforward, from touring the property, signing an agreement, moving in, and moving out. The staff was super honest and helpful with everything. The living arrangements here are amazing, and the people that I lived with were incredible, artistic, beautiful human beings. I only moved out because it was time for me to be on my own. The great thing is that you don't need to sign a long-term agreement so the flexibility was perfect for my situation. I will cherish the time that I stayed here and hope to continue keeping touch with the amazing friends that I made.

This place justifies its name! I have been looking for weeks for an affordable place where I can stay as I was recently relocated then and I found this! I didn't think I would love it until I tried! Robert, James, and everyone in the management team has been very helpful and responsive! They will definitely help you all throughout! People here are nice as well! And the beach! You guys rock!

Moving here has created a major shift in my life. The experience, both from the community perspective and the space itself in its design and offerings have been enriching. The community is welcoming and peaceful helping you feel like you’re part of something bigger, you can form great connections and host events and gatherings by using the amenities on site. Generally, I highly recommend you give Haven a few months and see for yourself.

I just moved from across the country and I have found so many friends that feel like family already! There are so many community events from fitness to yoga to silent disco parties and more! The location is near so many stores and not far from the beach. There are a lot of different areas to sit and relax or get work done throughout the property which is nice if you like your alone time. The location is great, the house is clean and a safe place, and everyone is so lovely. A perfect spot of live at!

I moved in a month ago and have loved it so much that I just extended my stay to 9 months! Moving to LA can be very intimidating when you don't know anyone here so I was really looking for a community more than anything... And I found it! The space and amenities are all great but what really makes this place so amazing is the PEOPLE! I felt so welcomed the very first day I walked in and now feel like family a month later. If you are looking for a community of great people then this is the place to be 100%!

I love living at Haven! I’ve lived here for over a year now and it’s been exactly what I imagined it would be + more. I moved to LA not knowing many people and I wanted to live somewhere where I would never be lonely. Haven was the place! I live with lots of roommates in a gorgeous space that’s only 15 minutes to the beach! We play beach volleyball, board games, and cook together. We go on walks, workout together and lay on our gorgeous rooftops together. I get to teach a monthly ballet class here in our yoga studio. I would highly recommend living here if you enjoy being social and want to experience something new!

Haven has been one of my favorite spaces and in fact my first co-living community. The ambiance is definitely upscale from hot tubs to jacuzzi rooftops, yoga and fitness rooms, workstations and atrium fireplaces and an overall amazing vibe with a wide array of people from all walks of earth. Haven has definitely been a congregator of amazing spirits, soul brothers and sisters and so much gratitude goes to this space and community. A few minutes beach ride to enjoy the most mesmerizing sunsets and enjoy dolphin watching. From events, workshops to beach volleyball - this space is the place to be if you want to immerse yourself in an elevate space of forward thinking entrepreneurs, healers and yogis. One Love, Isa
