Situated just north of Austin, Georgian Acres is an energetic neighborhood with easy access to I-35. Founded in the 1800s largely as farming area, the neighborhood has become a hotspot for families because of its relatively affordable homes and apartments and its proximity to the downtown area.
The neighborhood is largely residential but does have a few local restaurants and shops on the perimeter. Georgian Acres is a very walkable area with a few pocket parks located nearby, such as Payton Gin Park.

Grateful to be out
If I could post pictures I would, but whenever I noticed, my ceiling was starting to have mold on it, and leak, instead of actually fixing the problem they painted over it until it looked even worse. It looks like it was going to explode. When I would message them about roaches, I was gaslighted and told that they haven’t heard any complaints. The area is incredibly unsafe and I never felt safe to even go on a run or walk in the mornings. This is not a good area to raise a family or live alone especially

I have had life threatening issues in the parking lot and management refuses to close the gate after several incidents.
