The whole complex has a cockroach problem. The people in the office rarely answer the phones. Happier once we finally moved. Don't rent from here.
This is a horribly ran apartment to the front desk ot the management FPI group they are the most incompetent group of people never pick up the phone and If you leave a message no one gets back to you. The apartment is nothing like the photos bait and switch to the core this place has rats and raccoons due to the garbage that people leave outside in bags and the front desk dose nothing about it. Another lie about this place is the courtesy patrol that is non existent as long as I lived here i haven’t seen any it’s been 6 months. They have a huge issue with homeless living on the property sleeping under the balcony’s and just wondering around. Repairs are very slow and are done horriblely. And the pool that they say that they have was never open to use on the summer. if you value your money don’t live here don’t give these people your money walk away and find a much nicer place to live

Bruce the new Maintenance Super is probably one of the best things this company has done. He replaced my dishwasher in about 15 minutes. Super friendly, nice, and funny! THANK YOU The row is becoming the apartment community it should be again!!!
Maintenance requests take weeks to be acknowledged. Management is difficult to get a hold of. Really wish I hadn't moved here. The only plus side is that parking is free, but I'd rather pay a parking fee and have the apartment be able to afford maintenance staff!
There are many things I can say about this apartment complex. The management has been nice to talk to in person but the problem is that they have zero concern for their customers. This place cares about one thing and that's its bottom line and doing it as cheaply as possible. 1) This place likes to use your vehicle as car tow fodder regardless of what is going on. 2) Rules aren't upheld equally or enforced 3) Apartment Quality is -OK- at best. 4) Animals run around on the loose and there is no enforcement of leashes. 5) Secondly to the leashes, animals are allowed to defecate in people's back yards. I have never had such a bad experience renting in my life, but I will definitely not be recommending this place again.
Worst place to live. The other review about bad attitudes sums it up perfectly. Very unprofessional. Lies on top of lies to cover themselves. I thought maybe libby would be a better manager, unfortunately i will never know. But my first impression of Libby was a pleasant one. And she seemed to care. Siera has a very unprofessional like attitude and conduct and will never let you finish a sentence and always has to have the last word. I thought it was just me but I witnessed this while she was on the phone with another tenant. And Another time watched her talk down to a different tenant never letting them finish their sentence either. Nothing gets fixed and you're always told your issues aren't a priority and will get fixed on a need basis. In the last year this place has gone down. Maybe if Trinity Properties treated their renters as people and not dollar signs and listened to current complaints about staff, they could keep people living here instead of people running out or getting pushed out. Maybe 2 years ago I would recommend this place. But now. I say nope. Look elsewhere save yourself the headache....

Moving to the Row will be the absolute worst choice you can make in life. This is the most trashy complex with the most incompetent, unprofessional, crooked employees. Siara and Libby pride themselves on their titles when everyone here knows it don't take nothing to be a "Manager or Assistant Manager" at the Row. All it takes is lying theives with bad attitudes and smart remarks. I am warning you if you don't want to be overcharged, lied to, lied on and have your repairs made months after requested don't move in here. This place is a true dump. Moving here was the worst thing I ever did. Save yourself. I moved in here on April 1, 2017 there has been 3 Managers, 3 Assistant Managers and countless Leasing Specialist. This place is scum. I don't know how the city hasn't shut it down? But I do know any normal and reasonable human being could never survive living here. Living at the Row expect prowled cars, trash everywhere, notices for any and everything, charges that are ridiculous, lies to your face from staff, roaches, fleas, dog poop, wild kids, fights, loud neighbors, broke down cars in a majority of the parking stalls, stolen packages and no access to the Owner of this company. The Row is worst than any place I have ever lived in.

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on recruiting some of the industry?s most talented professionals. After reviewing your maintenance requests, we have devised a strategy that will allow us to offer quicker turnaround times and streamlined communication. Our community has come a long way since we assumed ownership and we hope to continue to improve upon our services and amenities. Our beautiful playground, sparkling pool, and state-of-the-art fitness room are some prime examples of the capital improvements we have made. We have not had any recent reports of the issues you have mentioned and I personally know you did receive all of the packages you were waiting on. Charges are based on your lease agreement and invoiced amounts for items such as damaged windows. Should you wish to discuss any of your concerns further, please feel free to reach out to me (Libby Harter) personally. I am here to be of service.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us. The team at The Row takes our reviews very seriously. Please reach out to our Cares Team at feedback@trinity-pm.com so we may escalate your concerns to our Senior Management Team. We are here to be of service.
My husband and I have had the misfortune of living at The Row for a little less than a year now and it is a dump. When we first moved in the apartment appeared to be nice, but slowly but surely the shotty workmanship and lazy repairs starting showing through. Our kitchen cabinet drawers no longer close properly, our kitchen floor has started warping for no apparent reason, our dishwasher doesn't work properly and is fitted with the wrong racks, and one day when the front door made contact with the wall next to it when being opened a giant square of dry wall completely caved in leaving an unsightly opening that has still yet to be fixed. The most recent disaster is toxic chemical fumes coming up from an apartment below us that is being prepped for new tenants. My husband and I requested immediate maintenance attention when we started experiencing severe lightheadedness due to the smell coming out of our bathroom tub and sink, but were not even taking seriously. We were told the tub downstairs was refinished and the smell SHOULD dissipate soon. When I expressed concern over the fact that I was experiencing asthmatic symptoms as a result of the fumes, the staff angrily argued it isn't toxic and then asked what I expected to her to do about it anyway. On top of all of this, the complex is not rent controlled and your rent will go up at least $100 each lease renewal, quickly making your "affordable" apartment a rip off. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. Do NOT move in here.
Property Manager at Haven, Responded To This Review
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I am sorry to hear about your most recent experience regarding maintenance work in a neighboring home. Countertop resurfacing generates a similar smell to paint or nail polish. This smell is nontoxic and dissipates in the unit being worked on wi thin 1 to 2 hours. Although the smell can carry to surrounding homes for a shorter period of time, it is not deemed a health hazard and does not require residents to vacate their home. I apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you and I look forward to using this feedback as a coaching tool with my team. I would love the opportunity to address any pending work orders within your home. The team at The Row will be reaching out to you soon to discuss your needs in detail. We appreciate your residency and look forward to being of service.
There are a lot of repairs going on as our apartments have just changed management. It is close to bus lines, schools, and shopping. Pet friendly is the reason I chose this location when I moved. Friendly neighbors.
The rental staff are great and very helpful. They will work with you if you have any troubles.
I had a forced relocation for my eldest son to the area and the management team worked tirelessly with me, always updating me and communicating what was happening. That level of commitment has not quit since. Great job guys!
