Property Ratings at Hawkeye Village Apartments
Great place to live. The apartments are very well maintained and the staff are very helpful, friendly and on top of things if you have any problem. It a wonderful place to live.
Low rent for the general prices of the area. Clean apartments, friendly staff, friendly and helpful maintenance. Haven't had any issues with the neighborhood. I have 2 small kids and they play outside safely just fine.
Lived here for 4yrs. Left once and came back. Really pretty country views. Price is reasonable. I love it here!
This place Is very horrible. The management here is Horrible. It says deposit is refundable and I haven't even lived here and looking at places and asked if I can get a refund and they said no even though I have not lived here yet and found better places.
Poor management, small places, bug infested, mold issues, kept over half my deposit, this worst year of renting here
Run don't walk away from this place! Wish I had thought to read these reviews first!!! My disabled child lived there less than a year. He had people living there taking advantage of him, pushing alcohol on him, he was burglarized by neighbors. We had two police reports in 30 days. Cost my husband and I two TV's, a PS4, PS3, DVD player, and more, not to mention the cash he was conned out of. His next door neighbor offered to sell us the information about who burglarized him after we moved him out! Should have known there would be trouble when we moved him in. I had to clean up dead roaches all over the kitchen (at least they were dead). Had to clean the floors, fridge, bathroom, counters. My husband and I cleaned the apartment for 3 hours when we moved my son out. It was spotless, especially compared to what we got when we moved in. Then to add insult to injury, they billed him for a new counter top and kitchen floor when he moved out. He doesn't (and can't) even cook! Then they said maybe he did it with a knife, he doesn't own any! I agreed before he left that the carpet needed to be cleaned, which was $75. The deposit was $200 and I got a bill for $495!!! Wish I could rate them a 0. I would never allow anyone I know or care about to live at this awful place. NOT SAFE!
