This complex does NOT have enough parking. If you arrive after 6:30-7pm, be prepared to have to park far from your apartment if you can even find a spot. Instead of actually addressing the problem by creating more parking, management is now requiring guest cars to be registered or towed. How incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Also, the pool area is unsafe. The tiles around the pool are incredibly slippery. In the hour we were there to visit, three people fell. No one was running, either. The tiles are so slick! And one final note, corridors are overrun with spiders. My family member constantly gets spiders inside their apartment too. Pest control needs to be stepped up.

The flooring is leaking glue, one door won’t lock the other gets jammed, cockroaches from day 1 must be from the builders or material, the quality of the apt and lack of concern from the apt staff makes this place completely overpriced. You could live in the heights for this price. Apts remain unoccupied for a reason.

I moved into this property on 5-13-2022. Since moving in, my garbage disposal quit working and took two days for property management to get fixed; which kept me from doing dishes for two days because my sink would back up. I have had an absolutely atrocious pest problem, including ants, spiders, and cockroaches of all different sizes. I went to get into one of the closest the other day and door handle pulled right off the door. The walls are super thin and I can hear my neighbors on all sides banging around. This property is not worth what they're charging for, and while property management staff are friendly, I feel like they have a lackadaisical attitude towards handling resident complaints.

Cockroaches in building 17. Rodents due to trash left out by neighbors, spiders, management and staff turnover, maintenance issues since moved in Nov 2021 still not resolved, call the front office and they never answer. Close office before posted operating hours. Maintenance closes out work orders without resolving the issues. Ants and rotten meat found in community BBQ grill. Beer bottles and trash all around newly opened pool area that was left by staff members. For this place to be less than a year old it is disgusting. Front door and patio door leaks water during rainstorms. Toilet runs and maintenance just wiggles handle and leaves and closes out ALL open work orders and does not speak enough English to communicate. Front office staff are rude, have to tell them over and over to get a pen and paper and write stuff down and they never follow up. The place and staff are trashy. Would rate a zero if possible.

I recently visited this property as I am relocating from Austin and is by far one of the nicest communities I have seen. So many beautiful amenities and even better is the staff. The manager Dominic assisted me with my tour and information and he was very informative. I do believe this will be my new home!
