Terrible!!! I have noticed rodents in the attic, which I get that can happen sometimes, but management has not taken my complaints seriously! It has been over 2 weeks and they have done nothing to fix it, not to mention it is a fire hazard...

Hawthorne at the Park is a fabulous combination of location, amenities, and affordability. Lori, Kaitlin, & Victoria at the front office are extremely professional and customer-service oriented in giving their time and expertise to make sure guests/cats/dogs are happy! Hawthorne staff makes me feel valued as a resident and goes the extra mile in maintaining the apartments, responding to requests, and generally being on the ball. Especially love the complex gym & free car wash/vacuum station!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We are very clean people and we have been infested with cockroaches, spiders, ants, and MICE!!! Literally have mice in the apartment and the pest control does nothing. I hear animals scratching trying to get through our ceiling and management doesn't care. They say it's on the roof but it is definitely under the roof right above the sheet rock. I have videos to prove it. Just hoping we get out of here before one breaks into the apartment, it has been getting louder each day. I am just trying to warn anyone from moving in as we move out ASAP. Do NOT sign a lease for apartment 135, not worth the money. We are going to wind up paying for the last 2 months and we won't even be living here because we cannot take it anymore. Imagine trying to eat dinner while an animal is scratching over your head. Or waking up to mouse poop all over your kitchen counters. Also, there is a nursing home next door and I get woken up during the night to an extremely loud noise of them emptying the dumpster. Like SO loud. Hope I save someone from coming here and spend your money at a newer more cleanly apartment complex.

I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. We had a terrible roach experience while living here. We had to contact the office multiple times for them to come and spray. They completely SOAKED the inside of our cabinets a few of those times. We literally had to wipe the excess liquid out with paper towels. I'm not sure what type of spray they were using, but it did not work. We had to hire Orkin to come out and finally got rid of the roaches. Another huge disappointment with Hawthorne was once we moved out, they charged us $1600 for carpet replacement! For a two bedroom apartment? That was definitely not a legit price
i had my laptop and it's case stolen from my car at the afternoon . staff is terrible and management is worse

Living at Hawthorne at the Park is a great pleasure. Aaron and his staff are always attentive and friendly. They are always hosting wonderful fun events for the residents of the neighborhood and the maintenance staff are always on point with service requests! They are super pet friendly and make apartment living fun!
Office staff always accommodating and friendly. It is close to everything in the center of Greenville, but also has a very quiet and peaceful environment. I think that this is one of the safest, cleanest, most affordable places to live in the city of Greenville
