Property Ratings at Hawthorne Club Apartments
I've lived here over 3.5 years and this place has lost its charm. At first, everything was great, but since Mark left it's hard to get management to even respond to an email or phone call. It usually takes at least a week for a response, even when my toilet was leaking from the water supply line. When maintenance finally came over they were worried the place would flood! After the rent increases, multiple leaks in my ceiling, boxelder bugs - it's hard to justify this place. Just pay slightly more to live somewhere significantly nicer.
No complaints. Livonia schools. Hines Park across the street and the kids love it. Couldn't be happier. The office staff is always friendly and when my garbage disposal acted up Jeanne was able to walk me through the resetting but they still came by to check. They care and you don't see a lot of that. We'll be staying.
My boyfriend and I recently moved here a couple months ago. I was interested in this place because of the amount of square feet for the price and the utilities that are included. It's pretty spacious and easy to make home(y)! The community has been quite and clean. I've had no issues with parking either, rather convenient compared to a carport. Marc was especially helpful with the move in process. I would say we're satisfied thus far.
The staff have been nothing but helpful and supportive of my situation. It is quiet and calm for being in the middle of the Westland/Livonia area, with all the shopping available very close to you. There is a community dog park right across the street from the complex, which you have to register for, but it makes having a 50-lb dog easier in these apartments. When I moved in, it was all clean and freshly painted and was instantly welcoming. Quite a few of the residents have been living there for up to 30 years, which to me was comforting and quite reassuring. Almost all the people in my building except for one family are elderly. No crazy parties and I don't mind! Definitely recommend Hawthorne Club.
While the apartment complex looks nice and reasonably priced the management and maintenance are horrible. I had nothing but problems in six months I stayed here. My bathtub was constantly clogged and never fixed by maintenance. I called probably over twelve times to have them fix it and I continued to have to shower while standing in 8 inches of water. The facility itself has numerous issues including a terrible management and office staff. They are rude, incompetent and will due anything possible to screw you. Do not rent here it is not worth the time or frustration.
Very proud to call Hawthorne Club my home. Close to shopping, entertainment, major freeways, recreation. Very clean, quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and lovely neighbors. The staff here at Hawthorne is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy and proud to be a tenant in this community.
Conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The areas are well maintained and the staff is quick and responsive. The pool was just recently remodeled. Lastly, the pricing is reasonable.
Before i moved here, I searched around for a nice place for me and my kids to live, and i came across Hawthorne Club. The manager and staff in the office are very welcoming and very polite and helpful. The maintenance staff are very helpful and seem very knowledgeable. There is lots of room for my kids to run and play. I have enjoyed living here and will recommend anybody looking for a nice place to live to come take a look!
