I’ve lived here for 5 years now and have loved it. The management is great to work with and has always been attentive and caring. The 3 bedroom has been perfect for our family and is a 5-10 minute drive to great restaurants and walking distance to great breweries. The dog parks and open spaces in the community have been a huge benefit for socializing and city living with pets. The maintenance and management staff are a big reason for the 5 stars. Always thoughtful and kind.

I have lived here over the last 5 years and i've been really grateful for the management team i've had the pleasure of working with. The 3 Bedroom apartment has been the perfect size, & i've loved the amenities over the years. The pool house / club house has hosted several of our "Friendsgivings" and the dog park has been such a special place for our little Roger to grow up and meet new friends. They are very dog friendly, and even provide an outdoor bathing space for the doggos too. This is a great place to live if you have kids, pets, or just on your own with all the perks you'll need. Thank you to Vicki and the rest of the team. We're sad to be moving after 5 years, but you all have been a blessing. THANK YOU.

I moved out on time and couldn't stay for the walk-through due to moving out of state. Left my unit without damages and clean. They took my 800 dollar deposit and charged me extra on top of it to cover "cleaning and painting." I have always received my full deposit. Don't move here! Always make sure you do the walk-through.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have to say this is the best property I have ever lived at. The management team truly cares about the residents and the maintenance team is always prompt and efficient on assessing work orders. We love it here!
We've lived here for almost three years, and although ANY place will have its ups and downs, we've had an overall great experience with the property. The maintenance team does a great job, the leasing office is always doing everything they can to make sure the property looks great and stays beautiful. It's a safe, gated neighborhood, dog friendly, and has a lot to offer. Sometimes they do special events as well like a food truck, sound baths in the clubhouse, and special holiday things as well. We will be a little sad to go when we end up purchasing a house! They treat us very kindly and are always friendly to my boyfriend and I (and our son). Even when an issue does arise, they do what they can to make it right and fix it. The only downside is other residents are not very respectful of community guidelines sometimes (too many people at the pool, kids with no supervision, etc). That is a resident issue, not a leasing office issue. We've also enjoyed the community garden every summer, dog wash, parks, etc. It's really a pretty peaceful place!

This place is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever rented from. Management will walk into your apartment without any warning, the management is aggressive and unwilling to help. We cleaned out apartment with 4 people helping, wiped down all the ways, filled all nail holes, deep cleaned the carpets, vacuumed the carpets, steamed and swept the floors. We literally did everything but paint the apartment and still left with an $800 bill past our security deposit. This place is a racket, they will charge you for everything and anything they can. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Don’t rent here unless you love hidden fees.

Lived here for years, The property management company is a joke. If you want to get your deposit fully taken away for *Cleaning purposes* And be charged for carpet that needed to be replaced before you moved there, this is the spot for you. They raised the rent ridiculously above market value twice in two years. The property seems like it is nice, but wait until you live there. Sprinklers are always broken, Trash is blowing LITERALLY everywhere, and the pool/hot tub are not working more than they are. And they also threatened to evict me for my renters insurance overlapping by a singular day, in the mean time they didn't reach out prior to say anything just to let me know they were going to evict me. Save yourself a headache and don't move here.

The hot tub and South Gate are always broken. The pool is so busy people are laying on the pavement on a sunny weekend. The management team is like working w a robot. Finishes are as cheap as physically possible. You will get a better bang for your buck elsewhere. Location is weird. Only pro is how responsive the maintenance team is. There was also a murder (shooting) and a stabbing and SWOT was there in January.

Love the gated community and grounds. My neighbors are nice. My place is modern with a garage. The staff and maintenance are right there when you need it.
I toured at Hawthorne and plan on moving in. The townhomes are modern and beautiful. The manager was so friendly and helpful throughout the application process. I can’t wait to move in soon and use the pool once finished!
