Property Ratings at Hayfield Park
I have lived here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. Brenda and her team all work so hard to keep this complex clean, comfortable and safe. I have never had any issues and they always go above and beyond to fix anything or help with anything I need. I would really recommend!
Amazing apartment complex that is clean, quiet, respectful. Almost feels like camping its got such a great location.
Safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood with great support staff. Great for seniors, pet friendly and conveniently located near shopping and the library. Moved in to new carpets paint and appliances and have a great maintenance staff.
Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood! Close to shopping areas and work making my daily commute quick, and easy on gas. The neighborhood is always well maintained. The management and staff are friendly, available, and very helpful. My experience living here has been fantastic and I am grateful to be living here.
Great place to live. Quiet, no stairs, close to my job, and convenient to shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The apartments are well-maintained and fully staffed. I have only had a couple of issues in my two years as a resident of Hayfield Park and they were resolved the very same day. Would definitely recommend.
I've lived at Hayfield Park for 2 years now and have never had a single complaint. No one lives above or below you, so you never have to worry about loud upstairs neighbors or carrying your groceries up several flights of stairs. Maintenance lives on site, so any emergency maintenance issues will be resolved quickly. The laundry facilities are clean and affordable. The walls have a sort of double insulation. I'm not sure what it's called, but there is a diagram in the front office. But this means that noise from neighboring apartments is minimal. Most importantly though, the property manager is fantastic. She knows this property like the back of her hand. Nothing goes on in this community that she doesn't know about. Because of her attentiveness, this community is and feels very safe. I've never had package stolen off my doorstep. Never any vandalism to my car. Or had any issues with my neighbors. Both the property manager and the maintenance men are quick to respond to any maintenance concerns. I've never had any issues that weren't resolved in a timely manner. The property manager runs a tight ship which makes hayfield park a fantastic place to live.

Hayfield Park Apartment's has been my first location to live on my own in and I must say, this place has some pretty nice people and very helpful maintenance. It's a great first place to start in and is very pet friendly if you have a pet, people walk their dogs around and are very sure to clean up after them.
great property to live! highly recommend!
I love it here. First, my patio apartment is nestled in a semi-wooded area. The apartment is not one of the newly renovated but it is post-modern with a walnut bookcase that separates my living and dining area from my kitchen. There is an enclosed small laundry room with ample space for a stack washer and dryer and I've created a small pantry. The details upon move-in are spot on and if something needs attention, it's taken care of. The people in the community are so nice and even if they on here for a brief time, I notice management tries to accommodate life changes during this stressful time. I've just signed a lease going on my 3rd year here and work is just around the corner as well as dining, shopping and Cincinnati is about 20 minutes away. The value is reasonable and in my opinion the best because of the square footage, the well-thought-out floor plan, the natural beauty, and the support amenities including on-site maintenance, laundry, and parking.
Located within stone's throw of all necessary amenities. Easy access to the highway and the mall. Yet, very quiet.
I've lived at Hayfield for over 2 yrs. now and have loved everything about it. The community is very quiet peaceful and friendly. The property manager is awesome and really cares about the residents. She is always willing to help out in anyway she can. The maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful with any issues that may come up. If your looking for a great quiet community to live in Hayfield Park apartments would be a great place.
We have lived here for 8 years and love it. The property manager Brenda is super. The maintenance guys are great and get to any issues right away. The place is well maintained and everyone is super friendly. It is so quiet and has a park like setting with beautiful trees everywhere. Location is great and close to everything. Highly recommend you making this place your next home.
Such a friendly, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. The apartments were updated with new cabinets and appliances before I moved in, and they were very nice. The landlord, Brenda, and maintenance staff are all so friendly and quick to help out whenever you need them. A great place to live!!!
Right in the middle of bustling Burlington is my beautiful park-like feel home, of almost four years! The property manager has absolutely turned this fixer upper community into a place I never want to leave. Every day I get to walk with my dog through a beautiful park with woods nearby, then hop in my car for my four minute drive to work. My newly renovated apt has washer/dryer hookup, dishwasher, patio with garden area, ceiling fans, new appliances, breakfast bar ect. The property manager, maintenance and staff are exceptional and always go above and beyond when life happens. I will live here for many years. This is our home.
Just moved here Labor Day Weekend 2021 and my dog and I absolutely love the peace and quiet, the kind, professional, considerate landlady, the terrific, on-site, super maintenance crew, friendly neighbors, my front yard patio, room to plant flowers, the proximity to 18, the shopping, Boone County Arboretum, the library, and my work is 10~15 minutes away! My renovated one bedroom is perfect; and the new appliances are sweet! Looking forward to celebrating our first Christmas at Hayfield! I highly recommend this hidden gem in Burlington, KY!
I have enjoyed living at Hayfield Park Apartments. It is the type of place that I would have loved to live in for a long time. It is only because of a change in work that I am moving. There are many benefits to living here. The area is nice and quiet, even though it is located near the Cincinnati/Kentucky airport. There is also some wooded area. I have often enjoyed watching birds and squirrels right outside my window. In addition to it being in an ideal location, the apartment manager and staff are friendly and approachable. I love that the apartments are single-level, have an attic storage space, and a patio area with a privacy fence. I lived in a one-bedroom, which also has a hookup for a washer and dryer. You definitely get a lot for the price. It is also very well maintained. If I ever move back to northern Kentucky, I will definitely want to move back to Hayfield Park Apartments.
My sister is staying here and she has had her water shut off for "repairs" several times in the few months she has been there. Some times for days at a time. Just two days ago the water line feeding her Hot Water heater bursts and was spraying water between the bathroom and pantry wall. There was NO shut off valve to be found!!! When the maintenance person finally showed up (after half an hour of high pressure water spraying) he had to physically MOVE the hot water heater, remove a board screwed to the wall, and then reach down into the wall to find the shut off valve. The shut off valve is literally under the sub floor, buried behind the hot water heater, and boarded up! In what world is that an acceptable place for a water shut off valve?? There's no way a resident could access that. He then left the water shut off and said he would be back at 7AM the next day. By Noon (yes, FIVE hours later) she hadn't got even a courtesy call from him. So with no way to even flush the toilet she called me and I went over and made the repairs myself. What I found was a disgrace. Whoever did the plumbing for these places could NOT have been a certified plumber. The cheapest CPVC pipes were used, and NOTHING was mounted correctly. All the pipes are just loosely dangling in the wall, rattling back and forth, which is exactly what caused this leak. When she contacted the property manager about this situation, she was told she would have to wait for a GIFT CARD (What??) from the corporate office to be reimbursed, instead of just doing a repair and deduct method where she simply takes that amount off the rent. Also, they have not done ANYTHING to mitigate the water damage and mold growth from all the water that was spraying in the walls. This apartment is already extremely humid due to poor air circulation, and now with that much moisture in the walls, its going to be a moldy nightmare. The toilet is leaking from being improperly installed (its not leveled or shimmed correctly), and not making a good seal with the wax ring. Nothing has been done to address this. The next step here is getting the Boone County Building Inspector involved as that is probably the only way these issues are going to be correctly handled. TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Property Manager at Hayfield Park, Responded To This Review
The nighttime/weekend emergency maintenance number was called sometime around 1:00 AM by the tenant, stating that there was a water leak in her apartment. Within 15 minutes, maintenance was in her apartment to find the issue. It was determined that a pipe burst in the utility room and would need to be replaced. The water was shut off with the tenants knowledge and understanding that further work would need to be done. We did not have what we needed in stock for that specific type of plumbing repair. The water was cleaned up and the tenant was informed that we would be back in the morning after the hardware store opened and we had everything to finish the work. Before leaving, a commercial fan was placed in the utility room to begin to dry out the area affected by water. We did find that the water shut off valve had been located under the floor and would need to be moved during the repair. After purchasing the necessary plumbing supplies, when the store opened, maintenance went back to the apartment and in the interim, the tenants brother had entered the apartment, began to make unauthorized repairs and then left the apartment. We completed the repairs, mounted the water lines to the framing and installed a new shut off valve and repaired the wall. The tenant was informed that only authorized employees of the company could make repairs in her unit. The only other interruption to the water service, previously, was when a water main on the property had a leak and was repaired by a plumbing company. I have contacted the tenant about any issue she may be having with the commode in her bathroom needing repairs and she has not responded to my attempt to contact her.
Awesome place to live, very home like.the place was very nice and clean carpets looked brand new.when my boyfriend and I moved in to hayfield we did not know what to expect but here we are 4 months later loving everything about hayfield apartments. A really great community including neighbors which that can be rare !
I have been living here for almost a year now, and the apartments are well renovated, the neighborhood is nice, and the staff is very accommodating. They are quick to resolve any issues and work hard to make you feel at home here. I have not lived in a place this nice for such a reasonable price ever.
