This is our second year here and still loving it. I feel safe and happy. Maintenance is extremely helpful and the office staff is very helpful.

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. I have wonderful neighbors and the maintenance people are very quick to come and fix any situation I've had.
Very Quiet, wonderful upkeep,all inclusive. Maintance staff are super, and know what to do, and do it quickly. Very pet friendly. Ample parking. Nice clubhouse and pool
We got wonderful treatment by a very caring staff. Lauren really has a heart for seniors and made moving in very easy. Larry is excellent at what he does.

The neighborhood is quiet. The occupants are polite and courteous. The premises are clean and well maintained. The maintenance workers are polite and are well knowledgeable in handling any problems in a unit.

In regards to recycling, even though Haygood Halls offers free recycling for card board only, you do have the option of visiting the Municipal Center Recycling Drop Off at 2500 W Neck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. They can be reached by phone at 757-385-4650 if you would like to reach out and see what other recycling services they offer. I am extremely glad we moved here! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and orderly. The Clubhouse is comfortable with fun activities, and opportunities to meet new people. I highly recommend this place.
Unless you like the Disney vacuum on your wallet don't move here...after they get ya here they up the rent like a frog in water...mainly cause they think they know change is hard expecially with your living space...SO CHOOSE WISELY WHERE YOU PLANT YOUR FEET TO GROW...NOT HERE DEAR

I have lived here 13 years and have been very happy with office staff as well as maintenance. Residents are very friendly and helpful. It is more like living in a home than an apartment.
