Property Ratings at Haywood Meadows Apartments
Lived there for a while. Management and maintanience was lazy and often times uninterested. It would take atleast 4 visits and calls to fix one thing. The manager and maintanience guy play a game of blaming eachother for not getting things fixed. Beside that the neighborhood had become noisy. Loud music sometimes during weeknights from new neighbors who liked to get drunk at night. Some houses had almost 8 to 9 strange men living in them. There's no professional organization when it comes to anything basically so be careful because they will blame your for the slightest of damages. So know your rights while you are there. Take pictures of everything. Upper management is after your money. Nothing else. In conclusion, Its too expensive for the quality of the apartment and service you are receiving in return. If you have more options I would consider other places because this place is really not worth the ridiculous prices they are charging you. Its almost laughable.
The name in itself defines this great place to live. The neighborhood is a hidden gem nestled inside the city limits. It is positioned in one of the best public school districts in Nashville. The landscape and attention received from maintenance make you feel right at home.
