Van Nuys Apartment

The apartments at 6620 Hazeltine Ave. are definitely a great deal. The price is high for Van Nuys, but compared to similarly priced apartments in the rest of LA these ones are a total score. Our apartment is a 3 bed 1.5 bath that has been recently renovated. The unit is split level, which makes it feel very homey. We have central AC which is a must in the valley, and water is paid for by the building managers. There are washer/dryer hookups upstairs but also a coin operated washer/dryer in the parking garage shared by the building. Overall, the apartments are great if you want a really nice apartment but don't want to pay what you would in the rest of LA. If you work in the valley, this complex will be great for you.
