Property Ratings at HBG Realty MenakerFatt
The apartment it self is nice, I love the high ceilings, the big windows, and all around design. I feel secured in my building knowing it’s security 24/7. What I dislike about living here is you have to pay for parking, and they didn’t mention that to me before move in! The windows do not open, if you are like me and have to have fresh air, this apartment is not for you. I get massive headaches, and hard time breathing from the lack of fresh air circulating through out my apartment. Maybe in the future this won’t be a problem, but currently there is massive construction next door, and it starts 6am, you will not be able to sleep through it at all, keep that in mind if you work from home. Lastly, it’s some unpleasant people once you step out of the building, homeless etc. All in all, I like the apartment and the area, I love that it’s a no smoking building, but if I had the choice to rethink I would not live here due to window situation.
I moved here a few months ago and I'm the envy of all of my friends. I ran into some trouble when getting in contact with leasing agents and landlords of buildings in the area, but the woman from Fifteen @ Twenty-Two was so kind and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and was a huge help in my moving process. You also get 3 months free at the gym in Strawberry Square. I would absolutely recommend both the building and the company, Harrisburg Realty.
