Heartwood at Lockwood Glen

Courtney and Rachel were AMAZING when I came to tour the apartment complex and when I brought my children back to see the model! Both knew so much about the property and took all the time I needed and answered every questions thoroughly. I am excited to move in!

I enjoy living here. The apartments are lovely, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff is very proficient and professional. The amenities are always great and fun activities.

Front office is amazing. I appreciate that they go above and beyond for your requests. They also have an amazing attitude for whenever you are dealing with an issue.

I am so pleased with the level of service I received when my AC stopped working! The first visit, the maintenance person took their time to find the source of the issue and was so kind and helpful in explaining everything to me! I was blown away that the next visit that resolved the issue was the NEXT DAY! I am so grateful and pleased with the level of care and support I have received from the maintenance staff in the years I have lived here! Even the clubhouse staff goes above and beyond with communication and kindness when any hiccup occurs! I love living here and recommend Heartwood at Lockwood Glen for anyone looking to join a warm, welcoming rental community!

We love this community! It's clean, residents are incredibly kind, clubhouse is beautiful, amenities are great. We recently moved here from out of state and it's been a great start to our new life here in TN.

This is going on my second year here at Heartwood. Very quite neighborhood with a mix of young professionals, family and seniors. The property is well maintained at all times and you can't beat the price for everything you get. I know, I've looked. Thanks Heartwood for making this my home.

Love living at Heartwood Lockwood Glen. The property staff always makes you feel as though you are part of a family and address any concerns brought to their attention promptly. The property is pristine.

Great community. Nice people. Beautifully organized and kept. Great staff. Plan to take the time to read Greystar leasing documents. Rent prices change daily. I chose this place based on great ratings compared to other places I evaluated. It's pretty, great location, convenient road access, it's safe and doesn't have issues I reviewed in most other apts. Apt is extremely clean. Any problems are quickly addressed. I was showed the apartments being rented, not models. Other complex's insisted they not show the apartment being rented. Fishy.

I enjoy living at the Heartwood Glen apts. The staff is very friendly and timely in addressing any concerns I may have at any given time. I love that the apartment complex is dog friendly.

I have never had such a wonderful front office. Responsive, kind, and great communication. The amenities are always clean and the community events are often and very fun.

We've really enjoyed joining the Heartwood community. The neighbors have been very welcoming and the team with Heartwood have been equally amazing. The amenities exceed our expectations and the proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, freeway access, and surrounding neighborhoods is perfect.

Neighborhood is well kept. The community is great with wonderful amenities (pool is definitely a high point!). We love the dog park as well.

We believe that this is the best place we have ever lived. We have moved several times to different states and multiple times in the Nashville/Franklin area, and this place is definitely the top choice. It surpasses even owning a home. Honestly, the management is amazing!

I love calling Heartwood at Lockwood Glen home. The setting is so appealing and quiet. It is close to everything Franklin has to offer. My home does not feel like just an apartment - it feels like home with amazing amenities!

We have been very happy at Heartwood Glen. The staff are very responsive and the amenities are great. The gym is nice and the pool is a lovely salt water pool with cabanas. The apartments are well insulated so we never hear any neighbors even though we live in close proximity.

This is a very quiet community, I made the right decision moving here. I wouldn’t trade it.

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen is very well maintained, landscaping is lovely and it is very quiet, which we appreciate. I love the saltwater pool and the gym is very good. The staff at Heartwood are very helpful and service requests are taken care of immediately. We are very happy living here. Location is good too and is handy to shopping and to downtown Franklin.

I have recommended Heartwood at Lockwood Glen to others from out of state who are looking to move to Franklin. We are very pleased with the management (Shana is terrific), the maintenance of the property and the location. It is also very quiet.

I had no problems with Heartwood until May 2023. My fridge is clearly leaking Freon. I reported the issue (which wasn't deemed an emergency even though it's a toxic gas) and maintenance told me there was a smell, but Freon can't leak in a fridge and there's nothing he can do about it. I requested they hire a GE technician to fix my fridge for me instead (the smell is literally unmistakable and my food TASTES like the gas). The GE tech came (a week later), said he was hired to just say I was wrong, and didn't even test my fridge for a Freon leak. I took this to the front office and they told me they won't do anything unless I can prove them wrong. At this point, I have been without a fridge and freezer for two and a half weeks. For the amount I pay each month, and having zero problems prior to this, you would think they would handle serious resident issues better. My advisement to potential residents is to avoid this place. The rent isn't worth the bad treatment you'll get when you actually have an issue that needs to be handled.

Really awesome community. The only one in the entire area where it's front door entrance too (all the others are like hotels). The complex is in the best location, the complex is beautiful (pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.) and the units are really nice! Staff and maintenance crews are great!

My overall experience at Lockwood Glen has been very nice. Staff and grounds and maintenance people all work very hard to make these apts. and grounds to be very nice.

Beautiful property and location but service is subpar and management rarely ever responds to messages or addresses complaints. Not what I expected from a Greystar community.

Heartwood is a great community and by far has the best, most clean amenities of all the apartment complexes in Williamson County. I've been here almost a year and had looked at tons of others - Heartwood wins. Very clean, nice apartments, great location and very nice staff.

I am a senior new to apartment living and it has been a wonderful experience thus far. All the staff are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and take care of any concern that I have had in a very timely manner. I am extremely happy living here and would highly recommend it. The coffee bar is a big added plus for me, and the monthly activities have been fun.

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen staff and maintenance have been wonderful. They have been quick to respond and did a great job.

I have had nothing but issues with this apartment from day one. It was not clean upon moving in (floors were filthy, cabinets had not been cleaned --honey spills and all were still in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, sinks, toilets, and drains all had mold). I have had consistent mold issues in various parts of the apartment. I have had to do extreme gross cleaning of drains that was requested to be cleaned by maintenance. There is a constant foul odor from the shower that has not disappeared. The timing for work orders to be completed is long. Maybe your staff is overworked and needs more help? For the "nice" apartment and cost of rent, I would expect a lot more from the building...the construction quality is poor with lots of grout in the shower missing, mold buildup due to lack of caulking in the showers, faucets leak everywhere.... I could go on but with my experience, it doesn't matter if you complain. A lot of lip service with poor follow up action to make good on repairs. I would not recommend living here.

Very well maintained property. Staff is courteous and friendly. Events are scheduled frequently for residents to have fun and meet their neighbors.

I am going to be buying/building a house in the Franklin area in a couple of years and currently live out of state as well as now here at Heartwood at Lockwood Glen. I chose Heartwood because Franklin is such a wonderful town and it provides me a great way to get to know the area before I decided on which neighborhood to buy or build in here. I could not be happier with the cleanliness of the apartment/community and the professionalism and kindness the staff shows me. The appearance and location of this Community is second to none. Could not be happier!
