Powder Springs is a suburban city located about ten miles southwest of Marietta and twenty miles northwest of Downtown Atlanta. Largely thanks to its prime location and fairly affordable rental market (largely composed of single-family homes), Powder Springs has become a highly popular home base among Atlanta-area commuters. Families in particular have been drawn by the area’s high-performing schools and classic small-town vibe.
Apart from a few small shopping centers, the city proper is almost entirely residential, although a large retail cluster sits on the northwest corner of town along Wendy Bagwell Parkway. From the moment we arrived Heartwood’s management has been kind and accommodating. The apartment complex is modern and comfortable, there’s plenty of amenities that we can enjoy freely, and there’s monthly events hosted by management that make living at heartwood sociable and fun. Our basic needs are right outside the complex with a Kroger and a Publix right down the street, multiple gas stations, and a few restaurants. The complex is new, so no one has lived in our apartment before us, and all the amenities are up-to-date and stylish. Aside from this, the amenities are always available when you need them, there’s never too many people in one place, and the entire community is very quiet.

When we first visited the property for a tour we were greeted by friendly staff. The staff was able to help us answer all of our questions they took us to look at multiple floor plans. The property is well-kept. The amenities are very clean and nice. The community itself is very quiet and friendly. We haven’t had any noise complaints or felt unsafe. So far we have enjoyed our time at Heartwood.

I was able to view this property recently and I was amazed all around. The units are spacious and designed well with great attention to details. The pool/outdoor areas and the gym are really amazing. I can definitely see a lot of time being spent there. It’s also great that there are some restaurants and shopping nearby.

Heartwood Powder Springs has been my home for a few months now, and I cannot say enough good things! The team here has cultivated a community where we don’t just feel like residents renting an apartment; this place is home in all the best ways. They really do care about their residents. These apartments are modern and creates an abundant lifestyle.Andrew was pleasant and informative during our tour of this beautiful property. From the work from home all inclusive WiFi area , to the salt water all year pool and entertaining area , no detail was left behind. Then opening various floor plans with immaculate kitchens with sleek hardware ,lighting and stainless steel package , you will enjoy cooking and entertaining here. The spa bathrooms and walk- in closets just adds to the craftsmanship. This is a place that screams location, sophistication, family, leisure and lifestyle!
