Property Ratings at Heathbriar Apartments
The apartment complex, staff, and all the neighbors have been amazing and I feel as if there has been alot of improvement being made.
Ive been here a while and seen a few staff come and go, but the staff now (office and maintenence) are great and helpful. Any time I have issues they handle them quickly and with a lot of care.
I just moved out and I have nothing but good yo say about the place. It is kept up very well and they are very large. Everyone that works there is very nice. I would move back in a minute if I was still in the Toledo area.
I see these negative posts on here about this property but they are so not true. I have lived here for 14 years and the place is a great place or believe me, I would not still be here. The management is very nice and cares about the residents and the maintenance are very nice and take care of our needs. The only thing I can think is that these people got evicted or something because I can not imagine why they would say the things they are saying about this place. Our halls are cleaned every week, our grounds are picked up everyday and it is a very quiet and safe place to live. PLEASE don't let people discourage you from coming and seeing the place for yourself.
I have lived in these apartments for the last 2 years, and have been very happy. Management is very friendly and so is the maintenance staff. They are fast and efficient and always the get the job done right. The grounds are neat and tidy and well taken care of. I plan on staying here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.
We currently live in a 1 bedroom at Heathbriar Apartments. The apartments are very roomy (1,000 Sq ft for a 1 bedroom), with a balcony on each second and third floor unit. The grounds are well maintained, and the buildings are kept clean. The grass is mowed reguarly, about once a week. The building is cleaned about once a week and the carpets cleaned about once a month. They are shared entry with brand new washing machine and two dryers in each building (12 apartments each). The washer and dryer are on debit card system for payment. The company provides a debit-type card which you can load money onto to do laundry. The machine to load money onto the card is right outside the leasing office so it is available for use at any time, day or night. We've never had to wait to do laundry, so it seems that the amount of machines they have is perfect. The maintenance staff is friendly and completes work orders in a timely manner. There is a pool and a combination tennis/basketball court on the property, both of which are well maintained. Dumpsters conveniently located at the edge of the main parking lot. There are many pet clean-up stations throughout the property with clean up bags provided. Ample parking with car ports available for an extra fee. We have dog that weighs 60 pounds so we had a hard time finding an apartment in the area that would allow a dog that heavy. But Heathbriar has a generous weight limit of 80 pounds, 2 pet limit. It is very peaceful here, despite being located just off a busy road (Heatherdowns). Not a whole lot of traffic because we are located behind some condos and other apartments. There were only a few cons that I could come up with for this review. Our apartment is located at the back of the complex, close to the turnpike which is pretty noisy. I think this issue could be addressed with higher quality windows, but it is not something that is a huge concern. In the winter time the road doesn't get plowed as much as it should, but since that is the responsibility of the city I can't really blame heathbriar for that. Another issue is that there was a sudden change in management that wasn't properly communicated to the tenants here. It was like one day there was a new landlord & we were even told about, let alone a reason why.
Heathbriar apartments have a lot to offer in this area you get the most for your money these are the biggest apartments around here. You can have pets there are many stations set up for litter control and courtyards throughout the property there is also a pool, tennis court and basketball court. Everyone keeps to themselves and it's pretty quiet the only complaint is the Turnpike but to be in a nice area I'd rather have that then to be in a bad area and have problems.
