Heather House is a four-story elevator-ed building with concrete wall construction which keep sound transfer to a minimum. All the apartments have updated appliances, furnished mini-blinds, two ceiling fans, and individually controlled furnace & air-conditioners. We keep our deposits and application fees LOW because our residents have good credit and take great care of their homes. One Bedroom apartments are $869 per month. I am a single person that works a lot and Heather House is the perfect location for the busy person. It was even more perfect when my car was in the shop being right on the bus line. I saved by taking the bus instead of waiting on rides. Shopping and eating is in walking distance which is very convenient as well. Love this place!

The location is unbeatable! I am located just blocks away from major retailers and so many restaurants! Plus, I can literally get anywhere in Louisville in about 15 minutes! I love my apartment and the convenience to Costco. I can walk to everything I need and go to Costco daily. In fact, this month is my 1 year anniversary at Heather House and I am renewing my lease and my Costco membership. Location is great! I also really like the laundry rooms at Heather House. They are clean and smell good!

This is the cleanest apartment I have ever lived in. I am so glad Chick-Fil-A is going to be across the street. I can literally walk anywhere I need to go. I like coming to the office to talk to the ladies and see everyone smiling. The stairs have motivated me to start exercising more, which is good for my health even though there is an elevator. I am going to be here for a long time which is good because I am getting along well with everyone in the building. Very nice people here!
