Property Ratings at Heather Ridge Apartments
If I could give no stars, I would. The rent is too expensive and they only have two maintenance men, so repairs do not get completed in a timely manner. Management walks into apartments without consent to make changes to it whether you want them to or not. There were times, I was in the shower or sleeping and hear the door open. As a single female who lived alone, that did not sit well with me. The apartment is too small and when I moved out four years later, they sent a letter to my new address, forcing me to pay $1400 because the dishwasher was broken however, I lived there for years and called every week about that dishwasher and nobody ever came out. The dishwasher never worked and was broken when I moved in. They also stated that they were charging me $1400 because there were damages in the apartment. That was a lie. When I left, the apartment was clean. I couldn't move fast enough. I only paid the $1400 because I was in the process of closing on a new home so I didn't want any issues otherwise, I would have fought it because I had cameras in the apartment and took pictures before I left. Anyway, save your money, don't move here!
Always raising rent, yet everything in your apartment breaks! Went without air during the summer for 3 months without any compensation. Only for our rent to be raised, not sure how they expect anyone who isn’t upper middle class to live here.

Worst place I ever lived and most expensive. Dogs barking and wining all day and night .People are very disrespectful and do not work. Had neighbors install cameras looking inside my apt. Manage did nothing about it had to call the police to come down. Parking is a mess. A lot of problems and management just bluffs I could go on and on. Do not move here.
Rent is very expensive. Parking sucks. Irrational expensive fee not listed on the lease documents if unable to complete the time of the lease BE CAREFUL before you sign it. You can hear all noises from the second floor if you leave in the downstairs unit. There is a lot of old people living in the complex so think twice on moving in if you have kids. Unit is small but nice. maintenance gentlemen are nice people.
Rent is expensive. Never any parking. Office staff is rude and inconsiderate. You don't want to live there.
The rent is expensive, the apartment is small, it is hard to find parking spaces because they're unassigned, and bunch of old people who complain to the slightest noise, But the amenities are nice and so are the workers. It's also close to 295 and Shop Rite.
