Overall my experience here is good as long as I don't include the first month living here. A relative stopped by to see our new apartment on his way home to Tillamook. He finished up a job and on his way home stopped to say hello and see our apartment. During his visit my husband and my relative went down to the store, my husband drove. Upon their return after about 20-25 minutes they noticed that my relatives vehicle was no longer parked where he parked it. It had been stolen. In his vehicle were all his work tools and equipment. That's when I realized the complex has zero security cameras. Again besides this incident in the first month of living here it's been good

This is a big complex and there is only 1 garbage compactor here. It's always full and garbage laying outside of it. The office people are rude when discussing issues at hand with other tenants i.e. a complaint which is absolutely NOT true, yet taking sides with the tenants that have been here longer...SMH, makes no sense. They go ahead and make the complaint file ready when it should be thrown out the window. There are NO ceiling fans in these apartments! So if you don't have you're own, prepare to melt in the summer months.

No major issues but for the cost and all the signage calling the place “luxury” apartments it would be really nice to not have constant trash and abandoned junk in the stairwells. The floors are also insanely squeaky so anytime our upstairs even walks around their room it wakes me up. Not a great environment for people who work night shifts, lots of yelling (from kids and adults alike) and lots of loud untrained dogs going nuts at other loud untrained dogs.

From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the modern amenities, well-maintained grounds, and friendly staff. The apartment itself is spacious, with a smart layout that makes excellent use of every square foot. The kitchen is a dream, featuring updated appliances and plenty of counter space. One of my favorite aspects is the community feel. The neighbors are respectful and The location is another huge plus - it’s close to public transportation, shopping, dining, and parks. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The gym and pool are always clean and never overcrowded.

Heatherbrae is a Great place to be. We have been here about four years, we are senior citizens and love this place. The grounds are clean and kept up nicely. We feel very safe living here. An overall great community. Super solid leasing and management team and the grounds are kept up well by the landscapers. They did raise our rent during the pandemic, even with amenities closed, so that was not the most ethical practice from the company that owns these apartments. But overall would recommend.

My partner and I have only been here a few weeks but so far we love it. The grounds are well maintained, maintenance is responsive and the location is very accessible.

The Heatherbrae community is well-cared for and I feel comfortable and safe here. The grounds are always in great shape, the garbage area is well-maintained, the work orders I submit are addressed quickly by a proficient team, and the property being smoke free (for an asthmatic like me) is a huge plus.

It is a nice apartment, remodeled with quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is on King road as well as on Bell right next to Heatherbrae. Management is super nice and friendly.

Don't live here
We left the apartment the way we got it, and they pocketed almost all of our security deposit for “painting” and “cleaning”. Save your money

Over priced and hovering maintenance. Weird crazy neighbor that they wont address. Fridge broke twice in a year and all of our food went bad.
