Everything is going good so far it was an easy move in process. Everybody in the front offices welcomed us with opening arms. Overall really quite.

the office staff is really really nice. The PM is one of the best around, and will work with you when you have a problem. I've been here over 30 years and have no intention of leaving.

Right now bad I'm still waiting on blinds in the living room since November 2023 when maintenance repaired my ceiling and tore them up.they came in an replace a few with old short blinds so needless to say I'm still waiting. Terrible service for something so simple to replace

The experience has been good so far. Things that needed to be done prior to move in was taking care of. My leasing agent was very helpful and nice.

I love the space I have, I just wish this water bill could be more explained and would go down, as it makes no sense to me how people who own homes are paying 95% less than what we are paying renting and it’s not a house. And worked orders would be worked with much more urgency.

Awesome , I love my spacious apartment. Peaceful, and clean. Safe too, that was my biggest concern since I work so many flexible hours.The staff assisted my move in to be less stressful, which I can honestly say it went very well

Love where I stay being here for 2 years very very quiet and the apartment manager is very understanding and will work with you with late payment or whatever you need they are always there

So far its been great , peaceful and quiet. The speed bumps are a little wild but I understand why they're needed lol. The staff is great and knowledgeable also

This experience is not so good maintenance don’t fix nothing they will keep telling you they will and won’t it has been almost 3 years and nothing has been fixed in my home property staff will tell you same thing and still nothing gets done

So far I love it here. Just wished the gate worked and speed bumps were fewer. The building is peaceful and parking is nice. Convenient ways to pay rent and fill laundry cards.

I have really had some crazy experiences with getting items fixed in my townhome since moving in 3 years ago but I must say that Mrs. J is the package they should be selling! She gets stuff done around here that no one else can and I am thankful for her cause she keeps me updated on my stuff not just the things that need fixing but the community stuff as well. She organizes things for the community and I appreciate her so much. She is the best addition to Heatherton since I’ve moved here!! Thank u Mrs. J for all u do!! Dedi

I truly appreciate the staff here at Heatherton. They are efficient, courteous, professional, and most importantly friendly. Their willingness to go above and beyond is commendable! You work with them, they will work with you! If you are looking for something affordable with the feel of luxury, this is the place for you. The property beautifully tended to inside and out, and is a very tight knitted community. Both the staff and fellow neighbors are very attentive, which is a plus because it keeps things here SAFE. I very much look forward to spending the best years of my journey here! I most definitely 10/10 recommend!

Neighbors are nice and quiet. People that work in the office are very helpful when needed. My son loves the apartment, glad they put me on the bottom because I’d hate to be the person above some with a kid

Move in was a breeze. All my questions and concerns handled quickly and efficiently. I have met welcoming neighbors and things appear to be pretty peaceful. Animal friendly environment and my dog is taking to it well!

Maintenance requests still open from a week ago and my basement is flooded on the first day moved in. The staff in the office are good people with good personalities.

I been here for 4 years total and I haven't had any bad experiences... Management is awesome... Communication is key.. i would recommend people to move here

My experience here is really good. It’s quiet. They always work with you. They make sure they pick up the phone and make sure you’re comfortable.

If you need repairs. You will need patience and this roach problem has been going on 2months too long. I hate that I'm charged for pest control but of course I've killed more roaches today. This is embarrassing and I don't like it at all

Unfortunately my stay hasn’t been pleasant due to a few things. First, I will address management! I can honestly say that I’ve only been here for a year and we’ve had 3 managers. New management has come in and made a few changes. Secondly, maintenance is TERRIBLE. Not sure if they’re licensed or what, but repairs are NOT being done. I am not able to utilize my home as I need to and should be able to. We’re seeing more work being completed on empty apartments rather than the apartments that tenants actually paying and residing in. The rent is due on the first, and you better believe they want it or they will try to evict you. Their money is more important than them making sure your home is properly being maintained. I could VENT forever but I’ll stop here. Choose wisely PLEASE

Great improvements over the past year, new management is great. Maintenance still needs work but things are coming along. Staff is friendly and helpful

Old timey units, mostly ok. Our happens to have roaches, and the tub doesn’t drain, but mostly alright. Ventilation is not particularly good, upstairs in the townhouse is rather stuffy in high heat. But it’s ok space. Administers are hard to contact. Neighbors chill, mostly.

I honestly love living here it’s beautiful it’s quite , the costumer service is incredibly amazing. I look forward to all the things I shall experience with Heather estate

My overall experience wasn’t horrible. I can say this place seems like to be trying the office staff is amazing. Maybe they could do better with better maintenance . Maintenance just seems lazy . The half do their jobs . I moved into my new apartment and still needed things fixed . If you wanna be picky technically it wasn’t move in ready . This place isn’t horrible at all though . It’s nice, quiet for the most part and it’s getting better . If they just fix a few things they can amazing

Its always been nice and quiet out here, but with the old management the place was going to hell in a handbasket. The property is looking so much better after new management took over! Trash is finally picked up, people are answering the phones again in the leasing office, and my maintenance requests are actually getting done. I am so excited that Marquita and Miss J have been able to finally start getting things back on track!

From the time I moved in , I had issues. The previous office staff had told me information that was misleading . My laundry floods every time it rains, which has cause my appliances to rust.

Horrible property and management! My partner and I requested to transfer to a townhome and planned to move at a certain date and the office kept changing our move out date with no reason why and we never received any updates. The office never answers the phones or returns calls when you leave voicemails. When you approach them with the problem and complain about their lack of communication or what they are not doing, they have excuse after excuse and lack professionalism. They never get things done on time and moving here would be a toxic situation. DON’T!

I was a resident at this property for approximately a year.During the duration of my residency, I kept my townhome incredibly cleaned and neat. I paid my rent on time and didn't missed a beat. But to my astonishment, when I moved out in August of 2019, I left my townhome in excellent condition. Regrettably,the property leasing Manager {Malon} charged me a bogus fees for carpet cleaning, garbage and a piece of broken window blind. My total deposit was three hundred dollars.The property leasing Manager {Malon} had the audacity to subtract one hundred and fifty dollars from my deposit. Realistically speaking, I consider her unfair action as theft.For crying out loud, there was absolutely no need for her to subtract any funds from me. I am incredibly disgusted and extremely disappointed with her actions. With that said, I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone leasing from the current property management.They aren't credible and will desperately do anything to steal your money.Having said that, I am going to give this apartment complex/townhomes a big zero.Please search for credible townhomes/apartments in the area and avoid this property. I’ve been living here for five years and it has been bought and sold three times. I honestly cannot wait to move. I used to love this neighborhood but the new management is awful. No one ever answers the phone in the leasing office, basement constantly floods when it rains(my neighbors flood as well), maintenance is very slow. It’s just gone down hill and meanwhile they keep raising the rent while doing bare minimum.

I moved to Heatherton Town homes in September of 2018 and I simply love living here. My neighbors are the best and anything that i need done or to have fix they are always on top of it. So I'm sending a big shout out to the management staff for being so very courteous and kind. I know that i may have gotten on their last nerve ( Lol) but Marlo and her staff has always made me feel welcome to be a tenant here. Sincerely

Staff is very knowledgeable about the property and make the process as easy as possible. Truly appreciate the customer service and reasonable prices.

RAGGEDY NO GOOD APARTMENTS THAT ARE OVER PRICED. NOISY NEIGHBORS UNLESS YOU STAY IN THE TOWNHOMES WHICH ARE 900 FOR A 2 BEDROOM. TOTALLY OVER PRICED. MY LEASE IS UP SOON AND I'M MOVING AND NEVER LOOKING BACK. THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST; EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THEY FAIL TO FIX ANYTHING. I PUT A REQUEST IN FOR THE TUB IN MY APARTMENT TO BE GLAZED THE PAINT IS CHIPPING REALLY BAD AND THE MANAGEMENT STATED THAT THERE IS NO LEAD IN THE TUB THERE WILL JUST BE PAINT CHIPS FLOATING AROUND. I HAVE 2 SMALL CHILDREN WHO CANNOT TAKE SHOWERS. AND NOW MANAGEMENT IS EXPECTING THEM TO TAKE PAINT FILLED BATHS EACH NIGHT. THAT IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT WHEN ORIGINALLY THE RENT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 664 BUT AFTER TAXES AND WATER SEWER AND TRASH YOU TOTAL COMES TO 750 EACH MONTH. MY KIDS VENT FOR THEIR ROOM DOES NOT BLOW OUT HEAT. I INFORMED MAINTENANCE AND THEY "CLEANED THE VENTS" BUT IT STILL DOES NOT BLOW HEAT. SO NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE TO TAKE PAINT FILLED BATHS THEY ALSO HAVE TO SLEEP IN A SEMI COLD ROOM.. PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU ALL TO SAVE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE APARTMENTS AND TAKE NOTES WITH MY REVIEW I HAVE ALMOST BEEN HERE A YEAR AND I WANTED TO LEAVE AFTER SIX MONTHS. THANK GOD MY LEASE IS UP IN MAY. HAVE A BLESSED DAY

I live in the townhomes, not the apartments, the townhome itself is nice and for an affordable price. The park is okay, you get 2 spaces per townhome. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet, but there are plenty of children in the complex which for some it may be a problem. The children don't bother me much but it makes me nervous with so many children around in the parking lots etc. . Overall the place is decent for the price.
