apartment looks good but the management is slow and need to ask them multiple times to fix the problems. the community has an amazing gym which is two storied and have almost all the equipment.

Move in process was easy & quick. Jerel was very helpful the whole time. I had a problem with my washer and maintenance came quickly to fix the issue (the water was off). So far the noise level is minimal. I’m excited for the rest of the year here.
So far I love living here, the apartment is wonderful. Everyone I have met has been so nice. They keep the place looking nice and I’m really happy that I got this apartment.

I've been living in this apartment complex for 9 months now and so far everything has been great! Luckily I haven't had any maintenance issues so I can't review maintenance, but the property is well maintained and the pools and gym are clean.

This community was not what I thought. Dogs that bark ALL day in bldg 893. Dog poo in the grass and on sidewalks. Overflowing trash bins. Cold wind comes in through bedroom windows. Wiring through the bedroom is all off and easily tripped. Upgrades were far from upgraded. No one follows the trash rules and do not use their bins. So much more negative to type.

Trash always on the road near 894 building. It smells bad always times when we are in balcony. Volley ball court liners are not fixed yet (we fixed it ourselves but they are gone too). Trees in the neighborhood is not maintained good this year like no proper watering.
Genesis is a lovely person doing a great job. Moving is never easy but we are glad to be here and over that hump. It’s a beautiful property and fairly unique.

I do like how maintenance has improved their services. They are prompt when responding to requests. I do enjoy and like the resident activities that the staff provides. One suggestion is that there should be a email reminder to residents with pets to pick up after their pets because recently there has been a lot dog poop on the sidewalks. It’s hard to walk and it’s unsanitary. I am happy that groundskeeping has been responding quickly to clean it up. I wish those residents were picking up after their pets.

Property management is horrible. Garage always overflowing. Gym equipment needs to be fixed. Overall too high priced. Only good thing is units are beautiful and spacious. Conveniently located.

Residents are loud. dog poop everywhere. Spanish music blasting every other week with people screaming into megaphones. Dont bother calling cops because they wont do anything either. Car has also been vandalized by kids. hate this place

Maintenance service is never done upon first request. Multiple service requests has to be submitted. Entry request such as "contact before coming in" was never done upon requests.

I love it so far super friendly office staff especially Nicole she was amazing i didn’t feel rushed into anything she was very patient and understanding in the whole process and the community is very beautiful

Would never live here again nor would I recommend. Terrible communication with the leasing office staff, property manager included, poor upkeep of property and actual units. Maintenance is terrible as well. These apartments are over priced yet understaffed to maintain them. I can’t wait to move out!

Everything is excellent except for the cockroaches. Pest control came a few times to spray our apartment but didn't help to exterminate them. I'd say these pest control people are the problem. They don't try to fix the problem. I hope the management finds better pest control agents to partner with.

Its a pretty good place to live. Nice walking areas with flowers etc to look at. Gym and pools are nice if people would take care of them. Also alot of dogs, some large ones and some owners don't take responsibility to clean up after them.

The apartment is great! Love the dog parks and the pool. However, the management team is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Resident Services doesn’t read or answer emails sent to them, they have less than zero empathy for their residents as human beings, if you start working on something with one person in particular the other team members in the office will refuse to help you and instead make you wait for that one person. They’re incapable of proofreading their own community emails, with incorrect information in almost every single one sent out to the resident population. They’re truly miserable people. Fortunately, because it’s an extremely large complex the only time you encounter them is when you need to ask them for something.

The apartment was well maintained and everything was fairly clean when I moved in. The only issues I had were the water was off to the washer and the dryer vent hose was not hooked up, but it was easily fixed.
