It's gone down hill for a few years now. A better restaurant would be nice, trash cans, clean BBQ's that are also maintained. Brush cleared from the inside of sidewalks around the main pool would also be nice.

Ok. really hate being negative but honestly the bug issue I have just keeps getting worse, never had an issue anywhere else now I cannot sleep have to constantly bleach. Why the grounds around buildings sprayed? Smoking apparently not only ok but nothing done about disgusting cigarette buts cleaned up did this community disregard NO SMOKING application?! It is horrible, elevator seems and my dog got sick puking up a disgusting cigarette thing. Moved here because I was led to believe it was lovely resorting but have only experienced everything but. Dirty, bugs, smoking, webs, nests no help cleaning impossible balcony bird issues so mounds of pigion poo. Cannot tame it anymore so my silent usually timid self starting to be relally upset and do alot about disgusting issues

I've lived here for 2 years, I just recently transfer to a smaller unit due to personal reasons. I love my unit and the amenities. I feel safe and Maintenance have been quick and responsible to my requests. Only thing I wish was that I could have my own internet and cable provider. Other than that no complains.

I have got good apartment for staying in. It is good community. Just drawback that my building doesn’t have gate around stairs for secured access whereas other buildings have the same.

The thing that I love the most here is the location and atmosphere. Whenever I enter the apartment, I feel like being at some resort. And every big place like Costco, and Target is about 5 mins away.

I am new to the community but so far I have zero complaints. The staff is great especially Brittany and maintenance came extremely fast. Only thing I would change is people picking up after there dogs.
Great place so far service request have been completed within a couple of days Dustin and Shawn are great techs. Electric bill is a little steep but overall it’s really a nice place..
The move in process was quick and easy. Everything was ready to go when we came to drop off the check and pick up our keys. I wish we got 2 garage clickers but no big deal.

Better than average. After initial hostility to my dog, they have behaved well. Despite promulgating new regs they have mostly left me alone. Maintenance has been good.

Sometimes the portal doesn’t work for maintenance request. So if they haven’t responded to your request, you just need to try again or call them. They’re really good about keeping up with stuff.

So far so good. Only bad thing is that the internet is included in the lease payment, so you can’t do anything about it. 24 hours gym in the community is great!

apartment looks good but the management is slow and need to ask them multiple times to fix the problems. the community has an amazing gym which is two storied and have almost all the equipment.

Overall been a great experience and nice place! Would like more social stuff around the apartment/neighborhood to meet people but it’s been a pleasant place to stay nothing to complain about. Nice and clean even around outside to walk around

Move in process was easy & quick. Jerel was very helpful the whole time. I had a problem with my washer and maintenance came quickly to fix the issue (the water was off). So far the noise level is minimal. I’m excited for the rest of the year here.
So far I love living here, the apartment is wonderful. Everyone I have met has been so nice. They keep the place looking nice and I’m really happy that I got this apartment.

I've been living in this apartment complex for 9 months now and so far everything has been great! Luckily I haven't had any maintenance issues so I can't review maintenance, but the property is well maintained and the pools and gym are clean.

This community was not what I thought. Dogs that bark ALL day in bldg 893. Dog poo in the grass and on sidewalks. Overflowing trash bins. Cold wind comes in through bedroom windows. Wiring through the bedroom is all off and easily tripped. Upgrades were far from upgraded. No one follows the trash rules and do not use their bins. So much more negative to type.

Trash always on the road near 894 building. It smells bad always times when we are in balcony. Volley ball court liners are not fixed yet (we fixed it ourselves but they are gone too). Trees in the neighborhood is not maintained good this year like no proper watering.

We moved into our first apartment as a married couple in 2020. We have always felt safe here. The amenities are always great! We are in close proximity to everything around and it has been our home we have made so many memories in! Highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

I do like how maintenance has improved their services. They are prompt when responding to requests. I do enjoy and like the resident activities that the staff provides. One suggestion is that there should be a email reminder to residents with pets to pick up after their pets because recently there has been a lot dog poop on the sidewalks. It’s hard to walk and it’s unsanitary. I am happy that groundskeeping has been responding quickly to clean it up. I wish those residents were picking up after their pets.

Property management is horrible. Garage always overflowing. Gym equipment needs to be fixed. Overall too high priced. Only good thing is units are beautiful and spacious. Conveniently located.

Residents are loud. dog poop everywhere. Spanish music blasting every other week with people screaming into megaphones. Dont bother calling cops because they wont do anything either. Car has also been vandalized by kids. hate this place

The office and maintenance are wonderful and neighbors are friendly Unlike other apartments, it's incredibly convenient that mailboxes for apartments of a building are located ion 1st floor of that same building, not at property entrance

Maintenance service is never done upon first request. Multiple service requests has to be submitted. Entry request such as "contact before coming in" was never done upon requests.
