Property Ratings at Heights at Grand Terrace
The property is really nice and clean, seems well taken care of. The employees are very welcoming and friendly.
The office staff are rude! They spend more time towing cars so that they can park their cars in future resident parking but tow current residents who park in those spots... we have plenty of street parking but I guess they are to lazy to.walk or.clean the courtyard either!. AVOID THIS SPOT!!!

Hi Crystal, we value your opinion and appreciate your feedback. To clarify the parking situation - every resident gets a designated parking spot when they move in and, to your point, there is plenty of street parking. However, you are welcome to be put on a waiting list for a second spot. If you are interested in a second parking spot, please call us at 909-587-6190 or send us an email at HGT@harborgroupmanagement.com. The few 'future resident parking' spots are for the convenience of those visiting our office and for the office staff. You may have enjoyed that same convenience when you've had business to take care of in our office. We take great pride in providing the best service we can while you reside in our community and are here to help.
Friday- September morning. A shocking event happened. Took my car out of garage and the door was shut. Car made sounds like something is stuck. Left car in the garage as I was getting late for work. Came back and my colleague helped me found that the my car tires nuts are all unbolted and the thief was almost their to take off all tires. I am lucky enough that nothing bad happened. I bought the tire lock right away and complained to management. The response was that there isn’t a camera to see the exact event, but we have cameras near by ie to keep an eye on washing machines and also no complaints were there in the past and they will make other garage persons aware to lock the garage. Woke up next morning and I see no change. Again, The next door garage was found opened. If you care about your vehicle, I wouldn’t recommend living here. Unless management decides to change something. All garages have no maintenance at all. I made a biggest mistake. I am current resident and till have freaking 10 months on my lease. I don’t know what to do now….

Hi Anonymous, we appreciate your feedback about our grounds/buildings. We strive to provide our residents a home they can be proud of and, to that end, we are always looking for ways to improve our community . We welcome you to call or stop by to let us know how we might do better in the future. Thank you for making your home with us!
I would not recommend living here and here’s why : Terrible management: they never answer their phones , when you leave a message they don’t get back to you till 2-3 hours later WHILE THEY ARE OPEN THE WHOLE TIME. Police always here: there’s always the police and the sherif , people always fighting and screaming , cars getting broken into. Parking : your supposed to get an assigned parking and a garage since that’s what you pay for but nope there’s never ever parking and the office LOVES towing away cars. And when asked about the assigned parking management stated after I moved in that “there’s no more assigned parking” which doesn’t make sense since they give you a sticker to put in your car to park on the property. Maintenance: I requested for my stuff in my house to be fixed and it never gets done. All the maintenance men do is ride around in the karts and talk on the phone. Trash: you get valet trash pick up but the trash cans are always full with trash , couches, and beds and etc. Bugs : People are always complaining about roaches but I never got them I only get crickets AND A BUNCH OF FLYS Before you think about moving here rethink ! Because as you can tell from the ratings and reviews this not the place for you.

These Apartments are really well managed. The apartment management is really nice. Misty is very helpful. Area is really quiet a couple miles away from the freeway and city. Thank you to The Heights for doing an excellent job.
New management contradicts themselves. They play favorites. The maintenance and gardeners are making noise everyday. Don't follow terms of lease. The new look they're trying to do is making the complex look awful. Way overpeiced. It looks like they're trying to purposely get people out so they can renovate which is pretty crappy. I keep to myself and am quiet so I know I'm not the problem. Don't give these people you're money. Glad I'm moving.
Haha this place is a joke BETTY (is the rudest lady I no) could go on and on but I'll save it for court. I have pictures to prove their shaddyness!!!! ??
This apartment complex has changed through the years, but it has definitely managed to maintain it's beauty. Its landscaping is beautifully kept and the pool space is great. The units are well managed and I've never had any issues with the staff. I highly recommend this as a top choice for apartments in GT.
Everything about living here is nice. The area is a great place, most days I am home alone with my son and I feel completely safe being home, going to local markets, and going out at night. The manager has a reputation for not being so friendly but she is really nice just a bit straight forward. I have been here for about a year and a half and have not had any issues. It is a very quiet area with very friendly people. I love it!
Before I moved to this apartment complex I used to visit family here and I loved the area. Since I moved here I have only fell in love with this place even more. My kid's schools are near by and the area is so quiet and comfortable. As for my apartment I love it. I love the back yard cause I am able to have my washer back there and do laundry at home. My kids love playing back there as well as going to the pool. I swear, one day they are going to turn into fish! HaHa! As for the staff, I am very pleased with everybody. The maintenance is great when fixing any request needed in the apartment. The office staff are great also, they do good in keeping this property looking good. I also love the little goodies that the office always has for the kids. I'm a stay at home mother and I love this place for my family day and night. Until we're ready to buy a house, I don't think we're moving from here.
