Ruston is a small city in north-central Louisiana, positioned roughly halfway between the Texas and Mississippi state lines on Interstate 20. We toured a couple of housing complexes with our daughter who is a student at LA Tech. This is by far the most affordable option in town and the property itself is very nice. Everything was clean and the area felt safe which was important for us as parents. She has been a resident for the past year and has been very happy with her experience.
The appliances are nice. I have a two bedroom currently and have had very few problems. Staff in the office are great.
