Where to start. After 17 years in LA I landed an opportunity that Involved me having to relocate to Denver. I lived in the best of the best neighborhoods in LA. I had never been to Denver. I looked at SO MANY places and when I tell you so many I looked at a lot of places. Literally found this 24 hrs before I signed with a place a block from them ( I had even placed a holding fee but they refused to refund it ?? but that’s how much Helios is worth it) Something told me to stop by. I was greeted by Alissa. From the moment I walked in .. her attention to detail. I didn’t feel like this was a transaction. I told her what I wanted and she found me what I was looking for. Every email was answered immediately! I feel safe when I’m here. Moving can be so stressful. But when I tell you Alissa made it easy! The moving company from LA almost had me at a breaking point. But the team at Helios made sure I was well taken care of. I had last minute deliveries and they effectively communicated my deliveries to me. Thank you to Kellie for making sure I was comfortable. The location is perfect. I couldn’t be any happier. Oh and thank you Engineer Chad. Alissa!! I will always be thankful to call Helios home because of you queen!!

Love the apartment layout, very spacious, huge closets and bathroom, beautiful cabinets and very nice washers dryers, dishwashers and oven. Clean hallways and great decor. Feels upscale without extreme prices. Love it!! Highly recommended.

I have been resident at Helios Apartment DTC or Englewood since October 2016. It’s a great and friendly residential complexe with wonderful Management Team. You will enjoy to be resident at the Helios Apartment, come and check it yourself. I love being here and this is home for me.

Helios is a very welcoming complex. It's quiet, clean and they love animals! They respond to maintainance calls quickly, fix whatever needs it, and listen to your concerns. The amenities are worth the price tag! Staff is friendly and makes sure everyone is happy with their experience.

The Helios Apartments Complex is among the best residential complexes in the Denver (CO) area. Do not miss out, come and check it out! It’s a family environment.
If you want to live in DTC this was nice place when it was built. Over a couple of years the property has been neglected of routine cleaning and general maintenance. The owners seem to be more worried about the bottom line, being green all the while charging extra fees monthly for mediocre upgrades.
Helios has been a secure yet challenging place to live. Management is ever changing. Yet, each management team lacks conflict resolution skills and resident management. The building smells of marijuana and walls are very thin. I recommend cautiously signing a lease as it is a very loud building and noise complaints are not taken seriously by management.
The location is great as Im literally less than 15 mins from almost anywhere I could ever need to go to. The amenities are nice and its quiet. I love the layout of my apartment and all the storage space!

If I could give this property zero stars I would. As other reviews have mentioned, poor management. Probably one of the first things most people should consider when moving into a place. Front office staff will avoid handling issues at all costs. Despite you handling everything just as they direct you to. My upstairs neighbor has prevented my partner and I from getting a good nights sleep almost every night since we moved in from startling bangs, two 100 lb dogs running around crazy every night, stomping around, to her working out throughout the day. We hear it all. We also came across diarrhea all over our balcony from the upstairs neighbors dog. We have communicated all this with the office and followed all instructions on handling this matter. Now they just want to brush it all off with an "I'm sorry you're frustrated but the noise you're hearing are regular noises." As if they have been woken up every night at 12am, 1am, 2am. Because apparently the baseline for actually addressing a noise issue is if your neighbors are playing loud music or throwing parties. Doesn't matter if you don't get sleep because of "occasional droppings and regular walking" as they called it. We will be sure to let everyone know to steer clear from this property as well as any other Grey Star properties seeing as though management has no regard for your concerns. Good to know we are paying thousands of dollars only to not get sleep AND be treated with utter disregard from the exact people who we are paying these thousands of dollars to. Learned our lesson.
There have been multiple cars stolen and numerous vehicle break-ins in the "secure" parking garage. The video cameras are not functional and the exterior doors are often broken which negates the need for the secure access readers. Management is awful and their communications to residents are often unprofessional. They only seem to care about getting new renters in, not retaining current residents once you're locked in to paying higher and higher rents. The maintenance staff is the only redeeming quality for the property, which itself is not all that special when comparing amenities for similar or more luxurious properties in the heart of the DTC or Downtown Denver.
The maintenance team at Helios rocks! They always give us the 5 star treatment.

Improvements need to be made with cleaning, security and guest parking, but otherwise, the apartments are very nice, and quiet for the most part. The resident parking security has improved immensely over the past few months.

I originally leased a unit in February of 2019, when Pinnacle was managing the property. Overall, at first, the property was about average. Moving in was a bit of a pain due to the shape of the building and there's not much space on the property to put a truck if one is already in place moving in. The hallways are disgusting with stained carpet and horrible smells. The exterior doors are always damaged and never fixed which is extremely unattractive for the style of apartment and cost. Maintenance team is practically useless, never responding to requests, making me have to submit the SAME problem more than once to get their attention. Parking is horrible, you have to pay for a guest to park on the roof with maybe 10 designated spots while the ENTIRE roof is open for parking. They really like to tow here, so make sure you don't have friends if you move here, or have them dropped off. The walls and floors are paper thin in the units and neighbors are very rude from even the slightest of noise. The new management is a joke, the new manager Julian is clueless and rude, their "staff" never replies to calls or emails, you have to constantly bug them to get a single reply. I was told to beware of the previous management company as well as Alliance, I was told right. Very unprofessional and horrible property for the price. Glad I moved to another more luxurious and well-kept property up the street. Beware of this place!

My boyfriend's car was stolen out of the parking garage, so it's not quite as secure as I expected it to be. Also, one of the doors that requires a fob to enter after office hours has been broken since before we even moved in back in June.

It was one of the most "homey" communities we saw! And the location was great. We really enjoyed the experience.
For anyone looking for an easily accessible place to live I believe Helios fits the bill. The apartments are very clean and modern and the community offers great amenities.
I would say overall the place is pretty nice and well maintained. Probably the biggest gripe is the limited parking situation especially for guests.
Despite my frustrations, I love the apartment. Amazing kitchens and master closet. As an architect I can tell you and others the plan layout is superbly designed for my unit. My wife and I love being right above the dog park and watching the puppies play!
The single trash dumpster is often overflowing. Over Labor day, it started out full on Fri, got fuller through Mon. Again, Thursday night--overflowing. Stinks in garage. Too many dogs with few limits. Two small-med dogs is more than enough for any apt. Some of ours are scary & unleashed, walk & eliminate all over landscaping in walkway. Area should be very walkable, but no way to cross to restaurants easily & safely.
It is a beautiful community and everyone is friendly and helpful.

The issue was handled well, not sure have a bush trimmed will influence someone to move in.
I would recommend Helios because the apartments are undeniably beautiful. The maintenance team is responsive, kind and very dedicated to fixing any issue. Our move in experience was a bit disorganized. Our mails keys were not completed. Additionally, our rent charge was incorrect last month and we had to contact the office staff 5 times to have it corrected. We were thankful to reach Jade on the 5th attempt and she helped us to understand the charges.
I would recommend because it is nice, classy, and comfortable, yet would not recommend to everyone because it is on the pricey side.
Community life can be difficult- crazy drivers in the parking lot, water pressure and water temperature in shower could be better. Why is my water in the bath hotter than in the shower?
