Poor Service
We lived in the apartments for 3 years. We never had any major issues with the apartments themselves. The issues is with the people that work at the reality place, especially the secretary. Not only was she rude and had an attitude every time I spoke with her on the phone, she also left me several rude messages on my phone. They also took over 3 months to return our deposit check and docked us money for carpet cleaning that they do regardless. So apartments are nice and nicely priced the service sucks.

It's a nice place
The size of the townhouse is good, and I love the layout. It's a little on the old side, but it's a very cute place. The maintenance guy lives in the square, so he is available if you need anything. I can hear the baby crying next door sometimes, but overall it's a quiet area. Zelienople is such a cute little town, I love living here with the small town vibe. And you're close enough to 79, and Cranberry Twp if you need anything.
