Hempstead, TX Apartments for Rent

With its wide-open spaces and endless sky, Hempstead embodies everything you'd want in a small Texas town. It even offers the Western-style downtown shopping area, filled with shops and restaurants. The Waller County Courthouse is in the heart of downtown -- Hempstead is its county seat.
