Adjacent to Rickenbacker International Airport on the outskirts of Columbus, Groveport is much more than a suburb. This dynamic city, which dates back to the early 1800s, is the location of several major employers, including Air Tahoma, FedEx, Amazon.com, VistaPrint, Eddie Bower, and several more. For those commuting into Downtown Columbus, I-270 is easily accessible for the 10-mile commute.
One of the area's earliest canal towns, Groveport predates the opening of the Ohio and Erie Canal in 1831. Back then, there were two towns: Wert's Grove and Rarey's Port. When the two towns merged, they combined their names into the one-of-a-kind "Groveport." After moving to your apartment in Groveport, be sure to learn more about your new hometown at the Groveport Heritage Museum.

Property Ratings at Hendron Park
Oh my, where to start....well, let's start with move-in....The resident manager would not communicate with the cable installer well, so we ended up with two lovely holes drilled into our ceiling. Then, the cheap carpet comes up and tears off in strips from just running the vacuum. The toilet takes 2-3 flushes just to go down. Absolutely no maintenance is done around here. They hardly even pick up trash from the ground. A/C works when it feels like it. Ceiling above kitchen sink is literally caving down and growing mold around it. The basement is disgusting, the rafters are rotting away, and there are indescribable amounts of filth hanging in various places. There was a sewage backup. It caused $3,500 in damages to our property. They barely even cleaned it up so there is still....waste on our floor. Bats get in down there. BATS. They also live in the walls. Everything here is out-of-date and appears to be from ~1965. Water leaks into the basement from the rafters and hot water tank. The floor in the kitchen is CAVING IN because of this. And let me reiterate almost NO maintenance gets done here. Stray cats EVERYWHERE. If you feed them, you will get threatened with eviction. We also had roaches in late 2017. We are clean people. Crime is starting to go up, and shadier people are moving in here. Our tire got slashed a few months ago. Parking is atrocious. Electrical problems. Cheap materials and appliances. You don't even get a dishwasher. Now, the positive parts...well, cheap-ish rent and it is a place to sleep. Don't do it if you have a choice.
