We have lived at Henry Hall for over 4 years. Our apartment has not only great appliances, a nice layout, and an amazing view but the quietness is so awesome! The staff here are very friendly, and the amenities, such as the gym, are fantastic. On top of that, we were able to easily integrate our new dog into the apartment and community!

This community is unlike any other. We must keep it elevated and with the highest standard. Think of Henry Hall as the SoHo House of apts. we need to do a better job of promoting the restaurant and bar area. Additionally those should be offered to residences at a substantial discount. I know the restaurant does not pay rent as its a partnership with the owner of the building.

I moved here last week and it has been great so far. The building decor is just something else, it's almost like a hotel and the quirky interiors have my heart. The amenities are great, and my studio layout is just great and I am in love with the large windows which provides lot of natural light in the apartment. The only tiny thing I would say is that the main subway stations are 1-2 avenues away so it could be 10-12 minutes walk to get to the subway.
