Located between the Santa Ana Mountains, Chino Hills State Park, and Lake Mathews Estelle Mountain Reserve, Corona’s residents enjoy a diverse landscape that encompasses everything from abundant retail centers to unspoiled natural beauty. The city’s location offers easy access to both the Inland Empire and Orange County; this along with the abundance of attractive, Spanish-style homes and excellent public schools makes Corona a popular home base for many commuters. The cost of living is relatively low compared to other parts of SoCal, and rental rates for homes and apartments range from the high-end to the highly-affordable.
Corona is also known as the “Circle City”. The town is named for the three-mile circular layout found at Grand Boulevard. This circular hub houses several parks, a farmers market, local eateries, and the Corona Regional Medical Center. Grand Boulevard is one of several commercial hubs in Corona.

Property Ratings at Hensley at Corona Pointe
My friend and I were searching for an apartment here had a huge problem with applying. It took the deposit I put in though my friend couldn’t apply. No one helped us, called in multiple times. Was said the manager would reach out never did

We just recently moved in and now we are looking to break our lease. This place is infested with large roaches that you'll find late at night in your bedroom and kitchen Doesn't matter how clean you keep your house. As soon as you move in management could care less about you. When any issues come up your never able to get ahold of anyone in office you cant leave a voicemail because its full 24/7 and even contacting the property management team at avenue 5 you'll never get a call back. This place is not a luxury apartment. It's a old complex that's overpriced and bad management

I have had absolutely nothing but a great experience here living at Hensley the girls in the front office Nicole and Brenda went above and beyond for me to help me with some rental assistance I got stuck in that rut with COVID-19 I was diagnosed with it hit me hard not only was I ill I was so stressed out about my bills.. They helped me get myself caught up. I loveMy apartment it is cozy it is home. I cannot thank Nicole and Brenda enough for being so patient with me when I was freaking out about my rent they did not harass me they did not make me feel like I was a loser who couldn’t pay my bills in fact they were the opposite.. Nicole has always been a great help to me I won’t leave Hensley unless I win the lottery and I buy myself a my own home but even if that did happen I would really miss it here. I highly recommend living here and I tell everyone that I know who needs an apartment to come and talk to Nicole and Brenda. Great job ladies?? Lisa Macias
When my fiancé and I found Hensley on our seemingly endless hunt to find an apartment that had all the amenities we were looking for, it was like a ray of light. BEAUTIFUL interiors with the recently re-done espresso finish, fantastic appliances (my fiancé is a baker and is loving the gas-range stove and oven with warmer at the bottom), and a great team. Brittanie in the leasing office is SAINT. We had some trouble with our application and she was there every step of the way to help us get the apartment of our dreams by our expected move-in date. Via phone and email she was attentive to our needs and concerns and we truly felt supported and like she was with us every step of the way. Moving here was a fantastic idea and Brittanie made it as stress-free as possible. We know this is where we'll be for the next few years because we have no complaints, plenty of pools to choose from, and are just minutes from groceries, restaurants and the freeway.
Find another place to live. When we first looked into this place the leasing office was very nice over the phone and responsive. When we came to look at the apartment the staff was short and rude until we told them we want it to move in and not a current resident. (1st flag) The staff showed us a two bedroom unit because according to her she there was no 1bed available to show us. (2nd flag) the 2bed room unit is nothing like the one bed room. The staff told us it was the exact same thing except without one of the bedrooms. The buildings are old and have paper thin walls in every direction. The windows are also old and do not provide any insulation from noice nor weather, when my neighbor from upstairs walks the whole sealing cracks, pops and squeaks so laud I’m waiting for the guy to come through the sealing. No one will tell you where your mail box is so go for a walk and discover your new apartment complex. Watch out for dog poop every where. My biggest mistake was to sign the lease without ever seen the actual unit. I’ve been at this apartment for one month and every day I wish I had gone somewhere else. It’s supposed to be a smoke free complex but every day and night you will get the lovely smell of cigarettes and if you get lucky some ganja too. If the buy out of my lease was not +$3K I would just leave now. So for your own sake go find another place. Can’t wait for my lease to be over.
The management company in charge of this property is a joke. We have made multiple complaints these past 6 months, via email, phone, and their message HUB but our concerns have not been corrected. Our downstairs neighbor has turned their porch into their dogs toilet for their large HUSKY and they NEVER pick it up. Sadly our laundry room is directly above and the SMELL and FLIES have made it absolutely UNBEARABLE to wash clothes. The management company has not even attempted to resolve this major health issue. We've been very patient waiting months and months for a resolution but they have not even once reached out to me after the 10+ emails and calls. They are using the excuse of COVID-19 to not resolve or even respond to their tenant's complaints/concerns. Save your money and look elsewhere. This place is a mess and not worth the trouble living here. Read the other reviews and see this is not an isolated case. They are AWFUL.
Worst management. I have had nothing but issues ever since I moved in 3 years ago. It’s interesting how this page doesn’t allow ratings. New management even charges for minor maintenance. When I asked them why I was never notified of charges and change in maintenance policies, they didn’t have an answer. I was promised an itemized list of prices, NEVER RECEIVED ONE. PEST CONTROL IS WORSE than EVER!!! Every single person in the complex is having issues with cockroaches and not just now, it’s been an issue for years! NOTHING HAS GOTTEN BETTER AA THEY PROMISED WITH NEW MANAGEMENT! In fact, everything has gotten worse! Parking after 7:30pm is next to impossible inside the building. There have been soooooo many car break-ins but nothing is being done as far as security cameras! I can’t wait til end of my lease so I can get the hell out of this place! In fact I would love to get out if my lease if I can because of poor living conditions! I have 3 dogs, that bark up day and night, there’s dog poop everywhere, cats wandering around, making themselves comfortable in everyones patio. Just poor poor experience living here for the amount of rent we pay.
If you’re looking for a good place to live and raise a family, keep on looking! I moved in January and regret even stepping foot on property. Before signing lease, they showed me a unit that was updated and looked really nice and was told my unit would be the same. I paid my deposit to move in 4 weeks later. Between the 4 weeks I have turned in all paperwork needed in order to move in, including my ESA (Emotional Support Animal) paperwork. It was 2 weeks before move in and I messaged and called in to make sure I was all good for move in day. I left messages and emails and no one ever got back to me. I was about to look for another place till finally 1 day before move in someone answers my call and tells me everything is good. On move in day, none of my paperwork was ready and the unit wasn’t even ready. And they charged me an additional to move in with out explaining. It took 2 hours to get the paperwork ready and still the paperwork was all wrong. When I got the keys, the place was disgusting. There were cobwebs all across the ceiling, layers of dust, the place smelt like an ashtray and was absolutely nothing like the unit I was shown. To add on top of that, I was given a mail key that opened other peoples mailboxes and didn’t receive mine till 3 months later. Trying to contact the office in those three months, I never receiving a phone call back or returned emails. Finally after almost 4 months of trying, someone returns my call. After explaining my stressful and horrific experience since being a resident, all they could say is “We have new management and there’s nothing we can do about it.” There was new management when we first moved in, I would think after 4 months it wouldn’t be an issue. I decided to take a look at my lease to see if there is anything I can do, and come to find out the lease they have on my file is no where near the lease I signed on move in. On the lease they have on my file, they charged me an extra $450 for my ESA, which is illegal and charged me per month. So I decided to contact the property management, even they don’t return calls nor answer emails. After about my fifth time trying to contact property management, they call me back.
Great service with warm and well kept grounds. Had a very good feel to it. Vibrant place. Looking forward to making waterstone our new home!
This is a vey nice community. Community staff is co-operative and helpful. Community is closure to the school, shopping mall and doctor's office.Community and apartment's are well maintained. It is very pleasure live in this community.
Waterstone, have a great customer service team I wish I could say the same, about their maintenance team.
Waterstone is an excellent place to live. The office staff is so helpful. I have lived here for over 3 years. Beautiful complex. My dog just loves to go on walks around the complex and we get to chat to the residents. Maint guys are very helpful as well.
These apartments are awesome! They are basically just mini houses. They've got everything a full sized house would including: wood flooring, all stainless steel appliances, ( microwave, fridges, dishwasher and a gas stove), ceiling fans, in unit washer/dryer, balcony/patio, 3 swimming pools, felling patios, a fitness center, and for those of you pet lovers, PERS ARE ALLOWED! Best of all it is a rather safe and quiet community with many different options as far as layouts. I lived here 13 years ago when I was a little kid and now getting married and starting our lives I chose to come back because I know it's a great fit for us and our busy lives. It's also a huge plus that all units are recently remodeled!
The staff and management are friendly and always helpful. Close access to freeways, shopping, and high school. Apartments have been well maintained.
My experience with Waterstone Apartments has been very positive. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept meticulously and are always tended to. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. And the location is very convenient close to shopping, freeways and the schools.
Plenty of room, and maintenance people reliable and the added bonus for me is washer/dryer in my unit!!! That is hard to find in most apartments and is a huge plus for me, I'm tired of lugging my laundry back and forth to a laundry room.
There are three things I LOVE about the Waterstone Appartments, The scenery is BEAUTIFUL. I love the feel of being in the mountains. At Waterstone the pine trees and all of the greenery give it that amazing feel. Second, the landscaping and maintenance are always kept up. The apartment units are well maintained by the maintenance crew. If something needs fixed you can always expect that it get taken care of in a timely manner. Last, the managing staff, Lisa K. and leasing agents are always so kind and willing to work with the tenants. The problem is, when living in an apartment complex you are living amongst all kinds of people with all types of backgrounds. Some people like me, take pride in their home. I like a clean home and an attractive surrounding environment. I also believe in courtesy to others therefore I am always conscious of my actions outside the apartment. Other tenants may have lower living standards and or values and may tend to destroy their living space and lack courtesy to others. Well, they won't last here because the managing staff will be sure this environment stay in tip top shape. This is a gated community and I have seen the maintenance men work on the gates time and time again. There would not be a problem if people would not bump them with their cars or climb them. Also, I really like the fact that this complex has security guards that patrol. This make me feel SAFE. If there is a problem, all it takes is one phone call and the security guards are on it fast. They are fair to. THE POOLS ARE AWESOME!!! They are maintenance d weekly. There are so many apartment complexes that do not fix what's broken and let the pools go. Not this place. They are so nice and always kept clean. I can always look forward to a perfect summer in the pool. They are not about taking your money. When I first moved in, Laura S. my leasing agent really LISTENED TO MY NEEDS. She knew I was a single mom and found me a unit that was a great fit for me. I have great neighbors and my child has made great friends. Kudos to Laura. I recommend renting from the Waterstone.
Living in California is very expensive as we all know, however living here at Waterstone you definitely get more bang for your buck. The rent is very reasonable, not to mention the washer and dryer within each unit. The location is perfect! Just about 3 blocks away you have Walmart, Sam's Club, Fast food Restaurants( if you're into that), Gyms, Freeways, Schools, etc. On top of all of that , it's quiet safe neighborhood! I am writing this review at 1:37 am, and I hear absolutely nothing. These apartments also look very nice, new stainless steel microwave and stove, Huge sliding doors that also happens to be mirrors, decent closet space, storage is available as well , community pools, and a fitness center.
apartment are clean the grounds are very well kept the staff was very warm and welcoming I made two visits and each time it was nice and quiet I'm looing forward to living in my new home Thank U Apartments.com
This aprtment community is an acceptable place, but not exceptional. Nothing about the community really stands out. It's near freeway access, but the streets are very busy. It has a Washer and Dryer, but they're located in your patio closet, and they're the apartment size stackable type. No garages are included in the rent or even available to rent, in fact, there's even an upcharge for the covered parking! There are bbq areas available, but you can't have one on your patio. The rent they are asking is high for what you recieve. They require renters insurance also. The community appeared clean, and the office staff were very nice.
