A great place to live with a real focus on maintenance and repairs. Maintenance always comes same day whenever I had even the smallest issue. The office is staff is friendly and understanding. The units are beautiful and the largest you can find in the area.

The staff is really nice. If anything goes wrong they are there to help you. Maintenance is always on call. Definitely recommend to live here.

I have really enjoyed living here. The location is great and the community is beautiful maintained, and I feel safe here. Sam in the leasing office responds quickly and also solves my questions. Tim and Todd are great for maintenance issues that come up from time to time. Parking is plentiful, the pool is terrific, and pet facilities are very good too.

Great community, great amenities, very clean grounds and a great staff.

The new team is excellent! Great customer/resident service. Expedience when called for repairs.... Great location, right off of the beltway. Just an awesome place to live.

I have been living here for the last two years I like the size of the apartments they are very spacious I like that the management is on top of the service calls and the property has recently switched management and they are trying really hard to keep the residents happy

Henson creek is a great place to live. I lived there for 2 years and never had a complaint. Maintenance always comes fast when I have problems. The rental office is professional with great attitudes. It is a very family friendly complex.Overall me and my family loved living there and wish we weren’t relocating to another state because this would of been my forever home.

I lived here for bout a year , and couldn’t stand the place. But there’s new property management new staff. And they’re nice as hell , I really didn’t have any problems I went to work and came home no loud noises etc as long Steve is in charge I don’t think you’ll regret moving here ??

New management company has taken over Henson creek and is doing an awesome job to turn around the company, Steve, John and Erika are working hard to turn the neighborhood around and give residents what they are paying for.

New staff Jon is the man to go to he understanding and get on problems right away high recommend

There is a mold issue they try their best to hide. There is a roach issue they try to hide. They took 6 months to replace my mailbox lock and give me a key. My front door had been smashed in my police from the last tenant and I had to beg for them to replace the door. They don't care about the true quality of the place.

Henson creek has been terrible every since i moved in a year and a half ago worst experience with a apartment ever constant fees just piling on and on every single Month and lets not forget about parking as a resident i have too fear my car getting towed and never any resident parking....apartment falling apart i will be sending pictures out...they constantly just paint over the apartments to make them look new

Suck that visitors have to pay to park. I lived here for 2yrs and after the second year I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up. Maintenance suck as well. They play around too much and don’t get no work done.

Morgan Properties take your money and add fees for everything! If you have a car don’t move here! They use any reason not to give you parking sticker. The lease should be valid enough to park. The washers and dryers were out of order for months. I’d had to pay visitor parking fee and pay rent! That’s not fair! No one cared including corporate!

I hate it here!!! I’m ready for my lease to be up so I can move! Roaches, rats, break ins! They don’t care. Not a place to move your family into & raise. The pictures on their site are false. Property manager is lazy and rude! Break into cars every night. Don’t come here!

Every month is a high fee which I’m not understanding if I had a house it comes every 2 to 3 months a little over a $100 but here u charging $70 a month that’s crazy

Henson creek is a great apartment community. I went to tour and loved the apartment and mainly space. The leasing staff was great. The only thing I would say is no washer and dryer.

Morgan properties are blood sucking leeches preying on the poor. They will add every fee they can think of to keep you down! The apartment is extremely old. My floor is not even a little bit even. As a matter of fact you can see this huge dip as soon as you enter. You can see every adjustment ever made in the apartment. Bump outs, roof beams, everything been painted over 100 million thousand times. I haven't had a rodent or roach issue but my neighbors have. Maintenance has taken pretty good care of me. They started off a little slow at first but I've seen improvements in how fast they get to me. Dryer in the basement hasn't worked since I got here. It's definitely way overpriced and paying utilities with rent is the worst! My utilities are much higher than my previous apartment. I will not even begin on the paid visitor parking just know everything you read about it is true. I tried to be cool with it. However 3 of my guest and my car has been told and I've only been here 5 month. Don’t move here it’s not worth it.

Don’t do it! Roach infested! The property it filthy! They only clean building maybe once a week! Residents don’t care about how it looks. Litter every where. It’s not worth it. Management and staff changes monthly! The don’t have parking for visitors. Overall it’s just not somewhere you could stay for a long time

Don’t waste your time here this place is not a good place for anyone to live. They charge visitors to park, they are infested with roaches, the building is always dirty, the building washer n dryer is never working. If your work company provides you a work vechile you cant park it on there premises. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They don’t even have a number for the corporate office.

I came in today to take a tour of a 2bedroom and was greeted by Mr. Nigel. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. He showed me the model unit(which was decorated very nicely) I just couldn’t see paying that much money for an apartment. If the prices go down it is definitely worth renting!! -Katina

First applied came here to apply and touredin 2013 which I was green and thought it was ok I was very young the lady at the time was very honest it was a good walk thought, a friend of mine told me don’t do it he got robbed living around there so he moved, I came back months later with partner and a new person toured us and man... rusted balcony stuff broken which the lady said “this unit will be ready in a week but don’t think some of this is gonna be finished” the traffic of certain people outside was a big no so we declined and monitored reviews which were constantly dropping and also they’re using FAKE FAKE FAKEEEEEE pictures

I would not suggest anyone move into these homes. I moved here just a few months ago just as a stepping stone for my family and I as we work to own a home. First impression was great and was excited to temporarily move into a nice apartment home up until I actually moved in. My car was towed the very first night, I caught my first mouse just 2 weeks in the home which ran across my foot while in the bathroom, I have now caught my fourth mouse in just a few months and yes the office have been notified each time. I have small children which they knew upon move in and they moved me in a mouse infested home. I pay rent to live with rodent. They will harass you if you are even a day late but will leave a dead mouse in your home even after a visit from the maintenance crew. They ignored the smell. You will regret moving here, this place can make you lose sleep at night if you have no other stresses. Neighbors are friendly but the way this community is ran is of very low quality. They will lie to you and you will regret it.

The parking here is ridiculous and it continues to be an issue. I am very unsatisfied had I known it was going to be a hassle every time my family has visitors I would not have pick this location to live. Don’t think I will be staying next year. Predatory towing is shameful and they know it. If I could give no stars I would. On top of that! Maintenance is a joke and so are the people in the office.

This is definitely a property that is not for their people tenets /community. Since the new management has taken over it seems as though the current office staff and management have no concern or compassion for their tenets who ultimately provide them with the paycheck. In May my house was broken into due to lack of security someone was able to pop my balcony lock. They send and memo for things last minute in regards to the water being shut off which is all the time or not being able to barbecue on your balcony. However today I was in the house watching the news and the TV went out they cut my satellite dish wires when I asked management why didn't the memo go out to Lisa loud people the time to have a technician to remove it I was essentially told that they can do whatever they want whenever they want. I do a lot for the community and normal almost everybody here on site I pay my rent on time and I don't bother anyone. After allowing the manager to speak and imposing my questions the only concern that he had was what apartment I was in not listening to my issue / corncern. or being a advocate for his tenant. Last month I caught a fugitive squatting in the laundry room this is an issue that I have raised on many occasions I had the police out on the premises as I was asked to do if I found someone again in the laundry room funny how I'm taking on their job maintenance on callwas upset with me because I had disturbed him while he was at his girlfriends house and was extremely nasty to me. Security only works on the weekdays for a few hours but as you know most of the drama happens on the weekends. This is not a place for anyone please note they do not even deserve one star is only because I have to submit something. People have been robbed for their cell phones in the middle of the parking lot and one of the adjacent buildings there was a rape. Truly horrible

DO NOT MOVE HERE... IT SUCKS... THESE PICS ON HERE ARE FAKE... THERE ARE BUGS, EVERYTHING IS BROKEN AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT!!! ONLY BEEN HERE 2 MONTHS AND REALLY THINKING ABOUT BREAKING MY LEASE!!!

Am very disappointed I've moved here a little while ago it wasn't explained to me that I would be responsible for all utilities including WATER SEWAGE GARBAGE AND GAS isnt these things suppose to be FREE,why ARE tenants responsible for all of the utilities and still paying rent that's so expensive? I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company and I WILL not be renewing my lease, bad MANAGEMENT great CUSTOMER SERVICE Will and Eugina

This is a overprice price apartment. While the space is great , it is rodent and spiders galore. Maintence is the worse. Parking sucks, the leasing department is unprofessional and misleading. Don't think you are having a get together or family visiting because it is only one visitor pass per hose that has a expiration date of 3 days. You have to request a new one every three day and that's only if they want you to have one. The tow truck drivers will tow you for ANYTHING!!!! I am counting down to my lease is up in Feb 2017!!!!

I would not recommend this development to anyone. The leasing office staff is very unprofessional. They called me two days before I was to move in and told me my unit was not going to be available then tried to put me in a smaller unit. Too small for the amount of money and staff is very unprofessional. Seek other housing!!!!!

I love the space of the apartment the cost is ok. Depending on the day the staff is great. Security always on premises and maintenance responds quickly.

Nice quiet community quiet. Maintenance people comes out right away.

These Apartments need to be renovated, everything is old when you move in, except the cheap new carpet. all appliances are old, my refrigerator did not work when I moved in so maintenance went and grab another old banged up looking one with no vegetable bins from another apartment. my bedroom door had a hole at the bottom. the balcony glass was not clear at the bottom half of the sliding glass door, from what I think was a dog starching on it. my bottom oven door does not open all the way when I asked for a new stove. they did not give me one. And if you come home after 6:pm you can not park near your building, if you come in after midnight you can not park in the complex.

I have a nice spacious 2 bedroom.. the only thing I don't like is maintenance take for FOREVER to fix everythinh

I've lived here for three years and I like it. Utilities are included, I have a washer and dryer, the complex is gated with the pool. The lady above me has a child and I can hear him running but I can't hear the people to the left nor right of me. Their is always parking infront of my building and there is visitor parking. You get two visitor parking passes. You can not have a pet but I think that's the only bad part....people have them but I don't want to get caught.

It's not a bad place to live. The apartment I'm in has a lot of space. I like the layout of the place. It do need more visitor parking and more kitchen cabinets.

The layout of this apartment is built for families. The separation of the master bedroom from the other bedrooms along with the size of the bedrooms are perfect. The kitchen is updated, and while the countertop space is to be desired, the size of the kitchen allows for customization to fit the needs of the individual.

I love it here. The maintenance is all that great but it's a pretty quiet neighborhood with a heavy security team. I love my neighbors, they are friendly and its very clean here. I don't like the fact that the entrance is open because of the bugs but I can deal with it.

I moved into the appartment in February at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Every issue I had they took care of right away and If something took a little longer they accommodated me. Very helpful.

This has been such a great experience and the people that work there are extremely nice.The apartments are surrounded by a forest and its very quiet.They are improving the balconies to a white wooden fence and it looks stunning! great place

Being that I was a former tenant I decided to check out Henson Creek Apartments in hopes of returning to an old familiar neighborhood. As I walked into the office I was expecting to get a warm "Hello, Welcome to Henson Creek Apartments. Someone will be with you shortly." But to my surprise there were two staff in the office at the time, and although they were assisting other tenants I didn't even get a glance my way. So I stood there for about 5 minutes and still nothing, so I decided to leave and search else where. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

just found out they are trying to get over on the residents how are they gonna make us pay for gas an it's no gas meters for each indivual unit? Then you what kind of since does this make Ross Management don't even have a number for you to contact them on you have to e-mail them an wait on a response.
