TERRIBLE Management
The management is terrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. Employees are rude to residents. The elevators have been down many times. They were down for almost 3 months one time. When they were finally operating again, the inspection was more than 6 months past due. The elevators are also very dirty. Trash cans in common areas are always overflowing with trash. Amenities are down/unavailable more often than not. This includes the ATM on the main floor. The trash is always piled up so high the trash chutes on the floors are backed up and the trash rooms are overflowing with trash. The carpet in the halls and rubber on the stairs is beyond filthy. Maintenance comes in resident's rooms for non-emergency visits both very early in the morning and late at night. The fire alarms go off so often residents ignore them. The location is excellent & the property has the potential to be exceptional but it has been terrible since it opened in August 2021.
