Property Ratings at Heritage Apartments

Do not bother!
This apartment complex has changed owners/names 3 times since I moved in last year. They do not keep up with maintenance at all. Graffiti in the halls, washer and dryers don't work, no fire extinguisher in the building. The apartment have radiant electric heating that doesn't work. Water heaters that either leak or don't heat. The nipsco bill for a two bedroom will run into $300 because there is problems with windows. I could go on and show pictures but my advice is stay far away!
