Outside Apartment appearance is starting to look great, the pool area is clean, the pool is ready for opening, the hot tub is ready, the playground is ready for the children, the roads are starting to be cleaned and keep in a pleasant manner... Overall, Avenue5 has worked very hard to bring Heritage Apartments in Draper back up to a fine place to call home.

Management here is very professional, and genuine. Units are great because they include a washer/dryer. This place is very clean, no rats or roaches/infestation problems. Very quiet neighborhood.

Location! You are within 2-3 minutes of everything that you need.! Need entertainment, you can walk to the movies, bowling alley, water park, and Vasa! Restaurants are also close by! For older apartments, you just can't beat the location and the friendliness of the staff!

I love these apartments. Its my first time moving into my own apartment and I thought it was going to be a hassle. The staff is so friendly and the move in process was quick and easy. The apartment itself is cute and homey. They were even able to update all the appliances which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend these apartments to everybody.

This is the WORST community I have ever lived in. The property is covered with dog poop, even before it snowed. The office people are extremely rude and do not handle complaints at all. I have had to complain about a neighbor multiple times and still nothing has been done.

The Heritage Apartments have become my home after going without one for sooooooooo long. They took the time to give me a second chance, and the office and maintenance feel like family to me. They bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, and we're flexible and kind to some payment issues I had. You just don't see that type of forgiveness and understanding all that often in the corporate world. Undescribable, really...I love my apartments.

My experience with the heritage apartments were both friendly as well as made it feel welcoming. I felt that the energy the property manager and assistants let off were very nice I felt comfortable in my decision in getting a place here. They helped me in every step of the paperwork and are great at their jobs I recommend heritage apartments to any person looking to make a place feel like home for the time they are there.

The apartments are quite good and currently they pay for water and sewer which helps. The grounds are kept up fairly well. There are problems with the parking and miscommunication about it, however, one covered parking space is supposed to be provided to each tenant. The community is nice and this place is close to everything one would need (shopping, transportation, medical, etc.). However when you apply, they will treat you very nice, but that all changes once you move in,some of the management has issues and are not very pleasant to deal with.

February 4, 2019 This is the worst apartments ever! They are never available. I have tried calling many times and they don't answer the phone or return messages. I paid my rent through the drop box and it took a week and an eviction notice before they bothered to check it. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything. The pictures on this site are not current at all. The whole complex is run down. The pool area shows a hot tub, but I have been here a year and it has never been up and running. The staff are rude, and ignore you when you go into the office. The are charging all these extra fees when you renew your lease. I am a single parent home and only have one income. I don't have the money or time to move to another complex. They demand 3 months of pay stubs for the lease renewal, but are so slow with doing the actual renewal that you have to send in more current pay stubs. And trying to keep the apartment warm during this winter has raised my gas bill to over $100 a month and I keep the thermostat set at 68°. I have had to hang blankets over the windows to help block the draft. They do not clear the walk ways very well after snow fall, or salt the walkways or some of the parking lot where it is in the shade most of the day. Not to mention the vast amount of dog waste around the property. I have made an attempt to contact corporate but I get the runaround and never get a call back.

The apartment is nice and repairs are made when needed. But the price of everythig is being raised, and the office is sometimes completely unhelpful.

The waterline exploded in our hallway ceiling pouring gallons of water everywhere. It took us a few hours to find anyone who could turn it off. Once off, we didn't have water for a week. Then our water was yellow. Soon after, I got a job opportunity with the navy that had a flexible start date. I asked what the consequences of ending the lease early would be to decide if we should wait or not. I was told they would waive any fees since they wanted to take time to remodel the apartment to increase rent. 6 months later I got a surprise bill that said I needed to pay $2000 for breaking my lease.

On first impression, the apartments seem nice. But when problems happen it takes forever to get anything resolved and it seems that the quality of the apartments will continue to decline the longer greystar owns this complex.

Heritage Apartments is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I will cherish the memories I have made here. The property manager cares about his tenants and knows them by name. He responds quickly to requests and concerns. He is the best manager I have ever had. The maintenance team is also amazing. If I happen to see them while walking through the complex, they always wave hello. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are always willing to answer questions. My apartment was very well-maintained. When I moved in, the apartment had just gotten all new flooring and new paint. The complex’s landscaping is simple, beautiful, well-kept, and always well-lit. The location is great for easy access to stores, restaurants, malls, and I-15. I have loved my stay here at Heritage. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to this area. Based on my experience and the research I did when I was apartment shopping, Heritage Apartments is by far the best experience, best location, and best price of the apartments available in this area.

The apartment is very roomy for a 2 bedroom, the maintenance always comes and fixes things that need to be fixed, and the manager is really nice! Good neighbors as well.
