I appreciate everyone in the leasing office, they are super helpful & patient. Made moving really easy, few hiccups but to be expected. Although the apartment was not cleaned before move in, things left from previous tenant, cigarette ash everywhere. It is a nice neighborhood, & 7 minutes from my work. Could be worse, could be better, just thankful for the nice leasing office.

Nice area very little to complain about. Not too crazy about the 3 flights of stairs but it’s a nice apartment and very roomy. Way better than the last apartment.

We like living here! Neighborhood is quiet, maintenance crew is on top of things, and the pool is nice to have. Compared to other complexes in the neighborhood; the rent to space ratio is a way better deal than you will find anywhere else.

Things are slowly getting better parking is a hassle and neighbors dogs bark excessively Maintenance is nice but low staffed so things do get fixed when submit request and have gone through 3 office managers in the 4 yrs we been here which does cause communication issues and errors The apartment size is good and added dog park is nice

This is going to be a long one so buckle up. Initially this complex was great. We loved our apartment, it was quiet and didn’t have any problems. Till they wouldn’t renew our lease due to “renovations” and told us we had to either move out for a week or move units. We decided to move units. Even though we were ready to move in when the office opened, the crew was still working on painting and repairing. Which in the end left us moving into a dirty apartment .We had to wait 5 hours to get started and the renovations weren’t done, there is a patch in the wall that never got completed and a light fixture and sink in the second bathroom was never replaced. Even though this building is supposed to be smoke free, as stated in the lease, and reenforced by a doctors note saying I have a smoke allergy, the neighbors constantly smoked pot in the building that flooded our apartment almost daily. I sent and spoke with management 15 times about this issue. The issue never stopped, we just stopped telling management since it was never fully dealt with. In the master bedroom, right above the bed was a loud creak. Not only did it prevent us from sleeping when ever the neighbors were awake, the Sheetrock of the roof moved when the neighbors stepped on it. When we showed it to maintenance personnel, they were concerned. Management disagreed that this was an issue and it was never fixed even when the floors were replaced upstairs when they were renovating it. Which leads to the final straw of us paying $2,400 to break the lease (that I felt we shouldn’t have had to pay as our many complains and their lack of enforcing rules felt like they broke their end of our lease many times over). They renovated the upstairs, meaning the carpet was gone and the thin floors became even thinner. the new neighbors have toddlers. Toddlers and parents run and stomp up and down the hall all day long. The floors are so thin we can track their every step, we can hear the kids cry and scream, we can hear when their cellphone buzzes And this noise happens all day and well past quiet hours. But of course the “quiet hours” aren’t really enforced here. The icing on the cake is now after we moved out we are being told that we owe $300 extra (after they used the $250 deposit). Including $85 for damages that were the previous tenant fault like the resurfacing of the sink and tub. But don’t worry management won’t care and will not help you with anything you believe is unfair

I have had several issues in the last year of me living here. I renewed my lease and wish I hadn’t. The management in the office is extremely rude if you confront them about issues you’ve had. They try to fine members for dog poop but have no evidence and can’t provide details of the incident poop was left. Also no snow/ice removal is ever done. I’ve slipped over 5 times in the last month and have call and asked about the removal or went into the office to ask for it to be done. I was told that they would put some down right away but did not. If you have any issues with hardware in the apartment good luck. The maintenance staff will tell you that it has to be completely out to get a working freezer for example and the same thing with the door handles. I really don’t recommend living here. It is a nice area but not worth it.

Hi my name is Noemi, we live with my husband at Heritage at Hidden Creek apartments! Last week Friday on the 17th we put in a work order through the app that we downloaded because the office is closed to the public! No one contacted us that they got the order so I called, they told me because we have two bathroom it is not a priority work! I would understand that my issue is though that if we pay for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment I would like everything functioning properly if I am paying rent to someone! and Today I checked the status is the work order on my app and it got deleted! I went ahead and put in a new work order I got an email saying that I will be contacted shortly but nothing! I checked my app tonight come to see that someone marked our work order completed! I went out for an hour to do groceries and my husband was at home the whole day and no one called or came over to do anything! I don’t understand how is something completed when no one did anything to fix it! We gave had issues with that toilet we had to get a work order for it at least two more times! I has been clogged since the day that we moved in, the lady that was cleaning our apartment was flushing stuff and informed us that the toilet is clogged! My opinion is that it is unsanitary you have something like that in an apartment! If by any chance the water would start coming out of the toilet it is a health issue and also we could flood or neighbor downstairs! I would like to contacted so we can fix this issue! I feel like if you work and customer service mostly and I pay rent to you then my apartment should be clean! Thank you!

I just had an awesome tour of the property and really loved the different units they offer. The staff was very informative and was even patient as I was a pain and needed to see every option possible. Lol! My dogs were with me too. Hehe! The view and surroundings are gorgeous and the amenities are plentiful. There is a lot to do on the property and I’m looking forward to settling in with my dogs and exploring all the trails near by. There were many nice people with their dogs while I was touring the property. The pool is going to be fun this summer! It’s definitely the best place of the 3 that I toured with by far the nicest team to help answer any questions and welcome you.

What a place! So glad I picked this community to live in when I was looking to move to the area a few years ago. The complex itself is really nice. It's clean, beautiful and the team in the office is friendly and helpful. There is a pool and some other amenities that I see many other residents use. I'm not here much but I always appreciate it when i come home. I really like that it's close to the AFB, golf and hiking. I've seen some pets around so i assume it's pet friendly. Apartments are clean and fresh, neighbors are quiet and courteous. No issues really. I highly recommend if you are looking in the CS area.

I lived here and maintence refused to fixed air conditioning! My apartment temperature was showing 80 degress and they said nothing was wrong, but yet they said we have to wait to fix it until gets warmer outside. I live inside this apartment not outside!!! They refused fix it after more than a week. My husband and i would watch tv at a normal volume and person next door called for complaint, it was so low that i was sleeping while tv was playing when the security came and barge in our home for “noise complaint” . We had plans to do just six more month lease and they sent us a letter refusing to renew are lease we literally had less than few weeks to find another place to live simply because they did not like the fact that we wanted them fix air immediately not in a month or whenever they chose too! I am very disappointed and never had experience like this in my life. They wanted charge us for that month rent after giving notice move out immediately, when i asked why are we being denied for lease renewal she did not want to give any reason , she simply said its her decision. Horrible management!

The Management and Staff are awful with resolving issues. Two months of paying for a garage that's a crap shoot if it opens or not. Still unresolved which isn't unexpected considering my integrity has been questioned to avoid fixing the problem. Don't waste your time moving here if you want to be respected and get what you pay for. Integrity and service are both subpar.

We are loving our apartment and community. We've lived here just over a year and are really happy we chose this place. The apartments are nice and have great kitchens with nice appliances (important for us as we love to cook!). We definitely take advantage of the pool and the gym and they are always clean and well kept. The location is awesome and the grounds are always kept up and clean. We never want to leave!

This seemingly 5-star rating is a testament to the shoddy new owner of this property (Heritage). Following change of hands several months ago, from prior owner (Preserve at Hidden), this has steadily become an unpleasant place to live. The staff is rude, unprofessional, completely inappropriate, and can be heard shouting obscenities at/about residents (in the main office with residents present, or elsewhere). All social graces towards residents have dissipated, pet rent has doubled and "common area" utility charges implemented. Assuming "common area" charges include the office is laughable, as we now pay additional fees for staff to close the office early (before 6:00pm as scheduled), as well as randomly close on Saturdays "due to unforeseen circumstances." Historically, the office is closed on Sundays, so if you work full-time, good luck retrieving any packages or deliveries. The sale of this property from its previous owner is unfortunate. All of the below 5-star ratings held true, until the Preserve signs came down and were replaced with Heritage.

I lived here for three years and was very sad to move. The office staff was great and the groundskeeper (forgive me I am unsure of his name) was one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. If you like a quiet and clean environment with a great view, the preserve is the place.

We love our apartment home! The rooms are spacious. The upgraded appliances, countertops and cupboards are wonderful! We have great neighbors and a quiet, peaceful building. We love the pool and fitness center and of course, the friendly and helpful staff! We feel like we live in a resort! Plan to stay for a very long time.

The apartments I live in are great. They are always helping and considerate of there resident needs. The are fast with work orders and are always willing to work with problems that you may have. The people here are a community and help each other out. The residence are friendly and it feels good living here. I feel safe a comfortable.

This apartment complex is a good place to live that is located not only in a beautiful area but is also located near so many different businesses. This list of businesses include Starbucks, King Soopers grocery, McDonalds, 24 hour fitness, Jimmy Johns, Old Chicago, Red Lobster, and a multitude of shopping centers. The apartments are spacious and nice, but have some downfalls such as the early closing pool and lower end appliances. Overall this complex is a great place to settle into.

How do an apartment raise your rent $50 for no reason I have been a resident since 2009 and my apartment is the same nothing extra. I think this is just unfair and should be handle by management. I renew my lease yearly so what is the reason!!!!!!!
